Glasses were ordered in August 2023 and had requested a tint to them. Have gone back several times to get the color of the tint to what I had asked for and each time the tint was too light the last request was made to just go up one number on the tint. Went yesterday (November 3, 2023 ) 4 months later to pick them and the lenses were tinted black!!!! This is more than going up 1 number on the tint. When I walked in the Optician just turned the other way and pretended not to see me and did not help me. Caroline was not helpful at all. I asked why they can't get it right and her response was "I don't know". Lot of money was spent on the lenses and frames for you not to get them tinted right is totally unacceptable as is the attitude with the staff, they are not customer oriented. The only nice person at this location was the eye doctor himself, he is very pleasant, friendly and customer oriented. Very, very disappointed with the service I received and will not recommend MyEyeDr. to anyone. 4 months is a long time to get a pair of glasses made, it was very frustrating, in addition all the time going back and forth for the glasses to continually be wrong and no one taking the initiative to make it right, not even an apology. I asked to have my name removed from your mailing/contact list I do not want to receive any text/reminders from your office, I will not be returning to MyEyeDr. I will be looking for another place to have the glasses done correctly. My experience was not the best couple years ago but Caroline, is very kind and polite; she help us with my son glasses and made sure that they fit perfectly! I highly recommend this location. She made it all better, great staff! ☺️

The people here are wonderful. My daughter (1 year old) needed glasses and they were thoughtful and extremely patient. Finding people who are patient when you have a toddler is a wonder. We’ll be coming back here for years

I want to thank Everyone at Hinsdale Eye Care, especially Jessica who moved heaven and earth to get me my contacts. Jessica was so sweet and happily took ALL my calls checking to see if they arrived! Very satisfied with all services provided! I'm glad I found Hinsdale Advanced Eye Care!

All of the staff members are terrific. Although I had never been there before they treated me like an old friend. There was no pressure to purchase my new glasses or surgical treatments from them. Dr Blatt explained my vision status in a way I could easily understand. I'll will definitely be back there again in a year.

Have been a patient here for a very long time. Outstanding staff, loved Dr Saxe but Dr Blatt is a terrific doctor. He took so much time to talk about my dry eye issue due to my Sjogrens disease. Can’t say enough about this eye clinic, they all are THE BEST!

This was my first appointment with Dr. Blatt. He came across as friendly yet professional. It was clear he had previously reviewed my file, which is complicated. His exam was thorough, and his advice reasonable. I was concerned only because my prior ophthalmologist had served me a long time and given me outstanding advice. Dr Blatt gave me a sense of confidence that was needed.

Costco Vision Center does a great job. It may take a bit to schedule an appointment but if you request to be put on a wait list and be moved up, Barbie will be sure to call you. Prompt, fast service with the standard eye equipment to identify what is going on. Dr. Vatianou is experienced and knows his stuff. Once you get your exam, if glasses are needed, Costco had a huge selection to choice from as you can see from the photos. Mary is in charge of this dept and her team provides outstanding customer service.

Dr. Angelo is a fantastic optometrist with the skills and ability to provide services for yourself and your entire family. I know this and have stuck with him for over a decade. However his staff can be incredibly unprofessional and make mistakes when scheduling your appointment. If you speak with Darlene insist your appointment date is read back to you and confirmed several times before leaving or hanging up the phone.
