The manager Denise was spectacular!!! She was able to pull our records over from another location. She assisted in the selection of our frames & she did all this while multitasking. She helped a lady that walked in with a cracked in the coating in her lens while updating our records. She helped several people that called all while still attending to our needs. She never once got irritated or frustrated with my indecisiveness, while assisting other patients. She even thanked me for being patient while she explained how shipping works for contacts. I'm not the type to leave reviews, but I really wanted to showcase the level of friendliness & professionalism displayed at this store. Denise & her team are AWESOME!!! I will definitely be returning for all my eye care needs (glasses & contacts) as long as Denise is there.

Horrible experience with Sam's Club Optical. BE AWARE, DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT UNTIL YOU READ THIS! I talked to an optical employee as well as the manager, and they both stated that you cannot order a different brand of contact lens other than the one you were prescribed, even if the prescription is correct. I had a brand that I didn't like later on down the road, and even though they gave me a sample, and I went through 3 of the contacts, the 4th was garbage, and I just didn't like the brand. I tried to order contacts from a different online store, and Sam's Club Optical denied me, even though the prescription was correct, the brand was different. So if a brand goes out of business, you ended up hating the brand, or you cannot find your brand anywhere, then you won't be able to get any contacts because they have a harsh policy against getting other contacts brands. You could probably make another appointment, but that's even more money taken out of your pocket, so I wouldn't even chance it. Sorry, taking my business back to the local optometrist. This was my first time trying Sam's Club optical, and out of the 20 years of having contacts, I never had an issue with anyone else. Sorry, but they would not budge on this strict policy.

Waco Vision Source has amazing staff, super optometrist, and I love their selection of frames. The office has state of the art equipment and is designed beautifully. Smells like a luxury hotel. If you’re lucky, you might even get to see one of the beloved pups greeting patients in the lobby. Makes the annual eye exam an enjoyable experience!

Been going here for prescription lenses and contacts for 16 years. Their service has remained excellent throughout. Dr. Rosano carefully tweaked my lens prescription, and Larisa gave me 5-star advice & recommendations for which pair of glasses to pick. Loved that she broke down pricing and threw in great deals! More reason I'll keep returning to Franhill as needed.

I have been going to Dr. Caceres for several years & cannot more highly recommend a physician. He is an excellent clinician as well as very personable. His office staff is friendly and professional. The technical staff are very professional and thorough.

For the first time in many years, I am able to see things in the distance and read - using both eyes, thanks to the tenacity of Dr. Wendy Xu at Bright Vision Family Eyecare. Dr. Xu worked with me until we found the best possible vision for distance and reading through progressive lenses eyeglasses. Dr. Xu did not try to "talk me into" a prescription. She did not try to explain away the issues I had. She allowed me to voice my concerns and she listened. She did not give up on me until I could truly see. As I write this review, I can clearly see my computer screen, the scenery outside my window, and the words written on a piece of paper on my desk. I highly recommend Bright Vision Family Eyecare and Dr. Wendy Xu.

I have been visiting Arora Eye for a few times now for eye infection and my eyes are quite sensitive and dry. During each visits, Dr Arora would explain my condition and the course of treatment in a way that we could easily understand. The services provided was TOPNOTCH (to say the least) and I am super impressed with the care they provide to their patient. 100% recommended

A friend introduced me 2 Dr. Kim at Atlanta Eye Associates. She is by far the BEST experience that I have ever had, with regard 2 my eyes. I have gone 2 the VA, Lenscrafters and others. Her knowledge concerning what was going on with my eyes and her explanations made me very comfortable, when it came 2 treatment..I CAN ABSOLUTELY say with ASSURANCE, this is my place for eye care. Dr. Hoang is great! Very personable and provided a variety of suggestions for contact lenses for us to choose from. Had both siblings fitted here for eye glasses and while the glasses are expensive, the eye exams were quick and accurate!

The staff was so helpful in choosing a new pair of glasses. They were honest with me when the glasses didn't look good on me, and worked together to find a bunch of options I might like. I felt comfortable in their shop and they gave me a great discount in the end!
