Incredibly frustrating experience. Went there for my annual eye examination which is covered by insurance. However, they decide to bill in such a way for a refraction that is NOT covered by my insurance (although it could be but it was how they designated it in their system). Nor did they ask me or indicate any part of the visit wasn't part of the annual eye examination. Called to sort it out, they said they'd send it to the doctor for review and I'd hear back. Never heard a word back and just received another bill in the mail. Concerning billing practices to take money from the patient AND awful customer service for follow up. Not coming back.

I had my lasik eye surgery last week by Dr. Rezapour with excellent results. It was the best decision I could have made and I wish I had done it sooner. Dr. Rezapour is incredibly kind, patient, And gave a good explanation of the procedure. During and after the procedure I didn’t feel any pain and it was very quick. The recovery was very short as well, the next day I had clear vision even though I was warned it may take a week or two to fully recover. I now have better vision than 20/20! Thank you Dr. Rezapour you are a rockstar. I would highly recommend to this doctor anyone and everyone

Dr. Vishwanath was really great about explaining each test and why she was doing it. She was also super clear and thorough when going through the results. We chatted a lot during the exam, which made it more comfortable for me. Staff and tech were awesome, like really going above and beyond. I really appreciate all the precautions they are taking due to COVID.

Will never return. My appt was scheduled for 9am, I arrived 10 min early and was still made to wait an hour before being called back. The tech seemed to know the most basic things, but hadn't even heard of the somewhat common glaucoma medication I'm on. She was a bit rude. I was sent back to the waiting room for 15 min or so before being taken to a room to wait for the dr. Then I had to wait an additional 20 min for him to come into the room. The dr was rude, I had come with my pressure #s from 3 months ago, he told me he didn't need that, didn't care to see it & he didn't need history. He would just take a look today & tell me what needed to happen going forward. Only asked what my highest pressure #s were before going on medication. The experience in the waiting room was not comfortable. Every poster and brochure they had was in Spanish. It felt like they are most comfortable with that & since I don't speak Spanish they reacted to me differently. Don't go unless you're comfortable with an insane wait time.

Jose was awesome in helping me find the right eyewear within my price range. Patient and and understanding when I didn't understand the savings he was trying to pass down to me. I still came out on top with TWO pairs of glasses that I like. Definitely doing business here again and I recommend.

I came in for a regular checkup. Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr Do was super nice and informative, gave great advice for maintaining eye health, no sense of being in a hurry, and no pressure to purchase unnecessary eyewear. First time patient…took me within a day because I explained I needed to be seen. My appointment went smoothly. I received my contacts within a couple days. Professional and reliable. I will be back.

Love them! It’s nice to see someone really know their trade and do everything they can to educate their clients. Our regular vet would take our cat to another room and leave us alone for an hour, but Dr. Chapman performed all the examinations in front of us and even explained the situation in full detail using a handy whiteboard. Not only is the Doctor wonderful, but so is the rest of the staff. Everyone is so kind and professional; you know they have your pet’s best interest. Pricing isn't too bad especially for the quality of care and service you receive. I truly believe they saved my cat’s eye and I would highly recommend them to anyone whose pets are having any kind of eye problems.

This was my first time at the office. I was welcomed by a very friendly front desk staff. The tech who did my testing was very sweet. The office was extremely clean and you could order glasses right there. Dr. Forgues was wonderful. Spent the time to answer all questions. Highly recommend. I’ll be taking my kids to this office.
