Excellent people who truly care about you and your vision. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Everyone really listens and no one rushes you. I was even seen early the other day when I arrived thirty minutes before my appointment, I was all set to sit down and wait but they promptly called me back. I always order my glasses through them, but I appreciate how easy it is to get a copy of your prescription to use elsewhere. I have actually had eye doctors refuse to give me my prescription to take elsewhere unless I paid them a fee for it, I have also had eye doctors try to charge me $80 to show me how to put in contact and refuse to sell them to me unless I do so. None of that scam behavior here. Trustworthy, affordable, and finds ways to work with you!

This place was great and easy to work with! The entire staff was top notch. I saw Dr. Gallentine and he was excellent. Entire staff was professional and extremely helpful in getting fitted for the right pair of glasses. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The service was excellent. The appointment was on time, and the team was comprised of professionals. I enjoyed the eye care visit as much as anyone can given it's an eye exam. I've found a group that I trust with my vision care. I haven't been compensated in anyway to compose this review, in case you were wondering.

Oh my GOSH! Jaron is amazing. I hate shopping for things like this because I never know the right way to go and sometimes pick a brand without any direction, but Jaron and Katie give such reassurance throughout the process. It is one of the best experiences I have had. I strongly do suggest JSpecs over any other vendor!

Need some new frames? Go give Jaron or Katie a visit! They’re putting together a great shop that will only get better from here. Jaron is my go-to when I need a new pair of glasses - I can tell him what I’m looking for and he pulls together exactly that and more, giving me options I may not have considered on my own. Fantastic gem of a place to buy eyeglasses from. Super responsive and helpful from finding frames to filling out insurance paperwork and answering follow up questions. I was very pleasantly surprised.
