This is the best place to get prescription eyewear’s. Mimi is really amazing in delivering the best eyewear experience and adjustment. I really appreciate her friendliness, professionalism, and most importantly her priceless experience in the industry that help quickly solve all the issues I have!! I will definitely come back again!!

The cashier or receptionist is beyond rude and shouldn't have a job working with the public. The Dr. is fine but the support staff is pathetic and badly needs to be taught people skills ( if Helen Keller can be taught maybe someone can teach this staff), also the glasses that you pay for here can be found online at a tenth of the cost, all you need is your prescription. I get that they need people with low intelligence to work for the low wages this company pays (which is still a massive overpayment even for these underskilled "workers").

Dr Lam in my humble opinion is the best optometrist in Orange County. He is knowledgeable, professional, courteous and an all round great guy. I recommend him to everyone.

I cannot recommend Eye&I Eyecare enough! I brought my 4 year old son and myself for an exam and saw Dr. Han. All the staff are so kind and welcoming! The staff who did some initial eye exams before we saw Dr. Han were so patient (especially with my son who has a lot of energy) and explained every test in detail. Usually I get nervous during exams, but Dr. Han had great bedside manner and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. The office has new high tech machines for the examinations and the importance of each machine was thoroughly explained. There’s a wide variety of glasses to choose from and everything is so clean and pleasant. I really loved our experience here today and looking forward to our annual eye exams now! 10/10 for me!

Absolutely wonderful! They’ve set the bar for eye exams and customer experience as a whole. They have a beautiful selection of frames too. It was so hard to narrow down my favorites!Never thought I’d have such a pleasant time. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone

Exam was fine. Problem was the people in the eyeglasses section wouldnt take my PD (pupil distance) measurement since I wasnt going to buy glasses from them. I looked, and they didnt have the type of glasses I wanted, so I asked for my PD so I could look elsewhere, and they said "we cant guarantee the measurement since we arent getting you glasses here" and "I dont want you buying glasses elsewhere and then getting angry at me". oh please. Its a fairly percise measurement that doesnt change. Realistically, I doubt anyone has ever had an issue with their PD ever -- measure it twice if youre so concerned. What they mean is 'I dont want to do 30 seconds worth of work if you arent going to make an additional purchase from us.' Unless youre 100% sure youll be buying glasses from them there (and their selection is mediocre), dont bother getting an exam here. Also, be honest if youre not going to do something because of policy/greed, the excuses just sound ridiculous and look greedy/dumb. I called a place I got glasses from 5 years ago and asked for my PD, they gave it over the phone no problem... I also asked if they would give me my PD if I just got an eye exam and they said, "sure, only takes a second". EXACTLY.

I have always found Dr. Whipple to be very polite, thorough, and interested in my eye condition. He is well-dressed, very kind, and easily makes referrals. I'm so glad my daughter knew where to take me when I moved here. I am blessed to have Dr. Whipple and his staff in my life.
