I was so pleased with Ashley from the moment we came into the door till the end of appointment. The Dr. was easy to work with. Ashley was extremely patient teaching my daughter to use contacts! Definitely coming back!

One never knows how successful a surgery will meet their expectations, especially when it is done to improve their appearance. My lower blepharoplasty was done only a week and a day ago and already I see a vast improvement. I would highly recommend it because of the early result, the really nice, efficient staff. The doctor was sorts of a ghost but he did a great job.

Excellent customer service! I would like to give Ron a big thanks for his service! My son stepped on his glasses and it was completely out of shape and unwearable (as shown in photo). Lucky the glasses was not cracked so I took it into the store to see if it is possible to have it fix and Ron did a fantastic job fixing it back into the normal shape (last two photos). Kudos Ron!

Had a scheduled 9:00am appointment I was told over the phone I would be the 2nd person in line. In reality they changed my appointment with not notifing me to 9;45am. Small waiting room with 10 people waiting. Non professional.

I've had Dr. Hollenbeck for my eye care for quite a few years now. I like and respect her. Her office also has great staff. Courteous and friendly.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Storey. My son has been seeing her since he was 3, and she has been incredible every step of the way. She is patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve been especially impressed by how thorough she is, and I truly appreciate the time she takes to explain everything in a clear, reassuring way. We always leave feeling informed and at ease. We feel so lucky to have found her—highly recommend!

I'm still waiting for my frames since February, however the lack of communication is horrible. I call, the phone goes straight to voicemail. I send a IG message and it takes days to get a reply. I paid in full and still have no updates unless I reach out and get lucky with a random IG reply. I don't know if I would do business with them again, but still waiting for my prescription frames on when they will arrive. I feel like I'm bothering them asking for updates on something I have paid for. I also live out of state so it's making the matter even worst 🙄 with no response from them.
