I've been going here for years now and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. They take the time to ensure your best care and aren't rushing you through the process. Dr G is great and takes her time to invest in her patients and not hustle them through the process as well.

I'm impressed, Dr. R. Jass such a professional. My toddler had the best first experience of eye exam. I highly recommend this place.

Very friendly staff and Dr. Jass is very thorough. Nice selection of glasses and sunglasses too and reasonably priced. I am so glad my family and I switched and found Dr. Jass and Bartlett Eyecare Center.

I had a problem with my new glasses. The left and right lenses weren't centered at the same level, which compromised the clarity I wanted. I went back to the vision center somewhat late to make an adjustment and was helped by Eunice, who is very professional, thorough, patient, and kind. She adjusted the frame’s fit to my face, and I can see clearly now. Thank you for having such an expert person on your optical services staff.

Dr. Weller is great and the staff is helpful. I don't love the selection of frames, but they're priced right. Our family has always done our glasses and contacts here. I'm just now branching out elsewhere for the frames, but I'll have my prescriptions from Costco.

Had an eye appointment with Dr. Jamie Joseph OD. This was a great experience compared to my last eye exam at another Glenview optical shop on my VSP insurance plan. I hope the great care continues here.

I saw the eye doctors for checkups at this location for many years growing up in the area, always felt safe and confident in their hands. Ordered my glasses and contacts here too! Very professional & thorough vision care still offered here all these years later, why go anywhere else when you can have the best???

I would never recommend this Dr. I have an issue that when it flares up it’s an emergency and I need certain drops asap. I know I hadn’t seen him in a few yrs and that he would want to see me. When I asked for the drops I said I will make an appointment but please don’t delay the drops since I know it will take a while to get me in or please take me as an emergency patient. They would not see me as an emergency and would not give me my drops. As a Dr. Knowing how severe this gets how dare he doesn’t help me. Just horrible Never had faith in him anyway , when I first met him I had to tell him how strong to make these drops. He had no idea. I knew from a previous specialist I saw that I could no longer see cause of insurance. I would run from this Dr

I'm was disappointed that I received a call from Dr Herz office - 23 hours in advance of my appointment to say that the Doctor has a meeting and has to cancel my appointment. I set my appointment a month in advance and this is unacceptable. I ended up setting an appointment to reschedule but it bothered me enough to find someone else who would provide a high-level of customer care. When I called back to cancel I was on hold for 12 minutes waiting for someone to cancel that appointment (say it all right there). I would never cancel an appointment with one of my customers like this and I should invoice their office for the inconvenience. I would not recommend you to see Dr Herz or anyone at Glenview Eye & Vision.
