Best Cataract Surgery Experience!!! Dr. Anne Floyd is AMAZING!!! She took her time with me, I never felt rushed during appointments. I felt so comfortable asking questions and each question was answered in detail at every appointment! The surgery was a breeze, I worried for nothing! I can see beautifully now!!!! Of course, I cannot write a review without mentioning Dr. Floyd's right-hand girl, the wonderful Kim Rocha (surgery scheduler). I had to reschedule one of my surgeries due to the flu and had called the office a few times with follow-up questions and Kim answered her phone each time! Her pleasant attitude and genuine concern for your condition and what you are going through was INCREDIBLE! Thank you, Dr. Floyd & Kim for the best care ever!!!! If you are reading this review and need Cataract Surgery or any other eye care, "look" no more this is your place!

I went to get an eye exam @ this location (Target) today… Dr Powell & staff, Devin & Hayden gave me by far the best experience/customer service anyone could ask for. As a Cop, I’m big on customer service! These 3 ladies exceeded my expectation! Job well done ladies!

The kind of service you'd expect from a place that gives you free glasses

Dr Yang not only performed a flawless cataract surgery, but she was also able to align the double vision resulting from my amblyopia. I feel very lucky that ECI has such skilled doctors. I also commend my technician Rebekah who is so adept at determining my glasses prescription. Again, THANK YOU ECI for your top notch skilled staff, Max Koeninger.

Beautiful new location in Canton filled with wonderful staff and doctors

Staff was great but the quality of the lenses is very poor. They came with a bad blemish on bottom corner of right lens. Also the lenses scratch very easily and within 1 week are scratched up already

Dr Zelt is a wonderful physicIan unfortunately his office staff ( Robin) was rude and insulting on the phone. There is a right way to treat patients and a wrong way and Robin doesn't understand this. Someone so uncaring should not be involved in patient care.
