Dr. Bond does a very thorough eye exam including Glaucoma testing. The office is conveniently located and the staff is very efficient. Huge selection of eyeglasses. Great instructions on how to put in contact lenses!!!!!

Dr Crowder and staff are awesome! They are very courteous and professional. Dr Crowder really listens to his patients. Dr Adams is wonderful also. They both went above and beyond fitting and customizing my contacts and glasses. The Optical staff will take the time and effort to work with you to get the right style and fit for your glasses. They treat you like as if they’re picking one for themselves. Nothing but the best! The office staff are so friendly and welcoming! I’m so blessed to have an Optometrists team that I can trust my eyes to. And I do have “complicated” eyes. (Smile) Highly recommended!

Been here only a few times. They do great at fitting me in and working with my schedule. Front desk is always nice and responsive. Dr. Bailey is very knowledgeable and informative. Highly recommend.

I absolutely luv this Dr! She's so personable and professional. I was a little nervous because I am diabetic and hadn't been to an optometrist in years, however, she explained everything and made me feel completely comfortable. I will definitely be seeing her (pun intended) for all of my eye care needs!

This is my second encounter with Dr. Mary Mathias, and as they say, 'first impressions make last impressions'. I've been coming to this office for 20 years, and I've never said this before about a doctor, but I refuse to be seen by her again. The first time I saw Dr. Mathias was in March of this year. I scheduled a last-minute appointment because I was experiencing some pain in my eye. Upon my check-in, I clarified that I wasn't there for an exam but instead for the pain I had. Dr. Mathias did not bring me to an exam room. She did not ask any probing questions. She did not conduct any assessment of the pain I was experiencing whatsoever. Instead, she referred me elsewhere. The second time I saw Dr. Mathias was for an exam in September. Her demeanor, or 'bedside manner', was overkill. In the span of 20 minutes (my exam), she said, "Everything's okay" six times. For a new or nervous patient, this would have set them off. Her manner of explaining what she was doing was almost childlike and downright unsettling. My opinion and rating of this office (5 stars!) are very satisfactory, and I will continue to see them, just not Dr. Mathias. It would appreciated if Dr. Norden is made aware of this. Greg

Martha, licensed optician at Royo Eye & Laser Center So Sac. Is fantastic. Very kind, friendly and helpful. She will go above and beyond to help you meet your needs and wants. I will miss her dearly as she was previously at the Roseville location and I've had personal great experience working with her as a patient for more than 10 years.

Dr Ward is an excellent ophthalmologist, and I’ve been going to him for years. I also love that it is a private practice.
