It's a rare world where the staff, the docs and the assistants are knowledgeable, helpful and you don't feel like a number. It is obvious that this is a privately held business and big pharma has not taken over this business. Every detail here was what you would want from a doctor. They answered every question and ACTUALLY listened, not like robots with canned answers that you get at nearly every doctor you see these days. Anthony, the tech was great at what he did. Talked through every step. The doctor did not feel like he was time checking me to get to the next patient. I highly recommend.

I had an eye issue that needed evaluation. I contacted Dr Quartetti’s office for an appointment. I was accommodated the next day. Anthony did a complete work up of my eyes and was professional and personable. Dr Quartetti saw me and did his evaluation and explained in easy to understand terms my condition. I feel I’m in good hands with Dr Quartetti and Fox Valley Ophthalmology.

Fox Valley Ophthalmology is run like a well oiled machine. The office is friendly and efficient. I see Dr. Pica who is absolutely the best! She is so thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned about her patients well being! I look forward to my annual examinations.

Dr. Tamika Williams was very personable and knowledgeable. I appreciated the time she took to show me the pics of my eyes, and explain everything to me in a way I could understand. Bill was also very helpful in picking out glasses, and answering my questions. Highly recommend!

The dr was very friendly and courteous. It became busy but the support techs were friendly and welcoming. Glasses were a bit expensive, but I look forward to getting them. Max time to wait 2 weeks????

My experience was awesome. I was treated respectfully and politely. Exam room was clean and the actual exam was amazing! I learned so much about my vision and the Dr. was very comforting and informative. I would HIGHLY recommend this optical office.

This office has the best customer service, best frame selection and best eye doctors. I took my 10 month old for an infant exam and got my exam as well. Doctor Goodwin is amazing! Thank you for always taking great care of us :) the staff was very friendly and helpful! My son loves his new shades!
