This review covers all locations, most notably New Haven & Branford. I am a long-time customer and recently had a rare, indeed, issue with lenses. This problem was not with the Kennedy-Perkins Team, but rather with a “partner”. The prompt, understanding and caring support from Robyn in Branford and Jennifer in New Haven crystallized for me why we continue to choose Kennedy-Perkins. Family owned, not corporate! Thanks for your superb service.

A to Z has super friendly staff! The location is easily accessible and I like that it isn't super congested or in a high traffic area. Dr. Kovar was exceptional! I am so glad to have found A to Z for contacts and glasses!

I have been Dr. Zuniga's patient since I met her at the old office at Lenox mall Lenscrafters. She is an amazing doctor and helped me get in w/ the best surgeon to get Lasik done in 2012. I am now seeing her for my yearly eye exams at Avalon Lenscrafters which is closer to my home :)

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid this vision place at all cost. All they care about is charging your insurance and taking your money. it is unacceptable for any business to provide poor customer service and unfair treatment to their clients. It is essential to have trained and compassionate professionals in customer service, especially in the healthcare industry, where patients need to feel comfortable and respected. The reception are disrespectful and the doctors don’t have a heart. If you want to be treated like a dog, and disrespect feel free to visit otherwise there are a lot more great optometrist in the area. If you are stuck in traffic and called ahead to tell them you’re going to be 5 mins late. They tell you “ Don’t bother coming, you won’t be seen” and the reception says these are the doctors orders. Traffic is not something that we can control but to be turned away for arriving 3 mins late to your appointment is unacceptable, especially after I called to give them advanced notice. Avoid this place and save yourself the headache and go with a doctor that cares about helping instead of stealing from your pockets. I would give 0 stars if I could and I will continue to file a complaint with the BBB about this horrible establishment and it’s associates.

A great visit from start to finish! Dr. Truong was very welcoming and provided thorough answers to all of my questions. The clinic seems to utilize the latest technology for eye exams and offers an amazing selection of eye glasses. I was searching for a local optometrist for myself and my family and I am grateful to have found this place!

I've been going to Dr. Bui for years since 5 years old who took good care of my eyes and glasses. The staff is very nice, kind, helpful. The clinic is clean and neat. The machines get disinfected for the patients to see before starting the exams. I highly recommend this clinic for all. Very nice family practice and optical.

Terrible doctor. Very bad bedside manner.
