Whatever this merger with Gainesville Eye is has ruined their practice. There were 3 upset patients when I came in because appointments were canceled then rescheduled when no doctor was on staff. One person drove very far during normal business hours to find a sign that the optical department had closed for the day without notice. Appointments even for emergencies are booking 2 months out. Finding a new practice for myself and my family since Dr. Wessler is gone anyway.

They wanted $800 for 1 pair of glasses. After their discount for my insurance it was $650. Felt like they were only after the money.

Dr. Sosebee and her staff are very professional and they work very hard to provide the best service possible for their patients. I absolutely recommend All eyes vision care to everyone looking for a amazing eye doctor that truly cares!

Overall great experience here. I received a thorough examination and all my concerns were addressed. The Dr Even went out of her way to recommend a supplement for a floater I have. The best experience was Trent who took his time to help my wife and I select our glasses and was so helpful in making suggestions and pricing out options. We were there for awhile as we are very picky and he was not bothered by us and you can tell he really cares about his customers. Highly recommended.

Dr. Kim is very thorough and takes time with you during your eye exam to answer your questions and address concerns. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We transferred from the Lawrenceville location (also great service) to the Braselton location 3 yrs ago when we moved to the area.

They were the BEST. Compared to my previous doctor, my experience with Georgia Eye Associates was far superior. They were on time, and extremely thorough. Everything was explained well and I am very satisfied. I'll be returning.

Jake, My wife has made well over a dozen calls to the optical dept with 6 weeks of run around, still has no answers as to where her glasses are and when she can expect them. It is understandable that things happen but your staff has made multiple promises (as well as you did once) to call her back and she gets no call back. So she waits 24 hrs and follows up again. Only to be told "we're still looking into it and I'll call you back". The last time she was told that she would be called back with a tracking number etc. Did she ever receive that call? Nope. So this email is to inform you that we have filed a dispute with our credit card company for paying for a pair of glasses that she never received. If she knew who was at the top of the chain of command she would have pushed this further. What is sad is she truly liked Dr. Dholakia, but she will never return to No GA Eye Assoc again.

The optic center is horrible. I could not see out of the new glasses they made. Then they make all kinds of excuses as to why. I have heard at least 3 other people saying the same thing while I’m sitting in there for 30 to 45 minutes waiting to be helped. Terrible customer service. Called 4 times and left messages with no response. Went and sat in their waiting area and they(Vicky)would not come out of their back room to discuss a refund with me. Paid for my glasses on Sept 22 and still have no glasses. Finally submitted a dispute with American Express who is refunding my money. Do not under any circumstances buy your glasses from this optic department.

First time as a patient here. I Paid my bill in full. Then I was sent a additional bill stating I still owe $20.00. Strange…the bill I was sent was actually charged $20.00 less on that bill for the service I received. So now they owe me $20.00. But they are impossible to speak to one the phone. North Georgia Eye keeps customers on the phone for long wait times. Maybe you should hire more help. So unprofessional.

I love both doctors here after first time visit was awesome. Leesha was awesome helping me find a new pair of glasses. Didn't have to wait but 5 to 10 minutes before they called me to go back. The technology has improved so much that my exam didn't take long at all. The office staff were great also. Can say enough about these folks they are very positive and very welcoming! Loved every minute of my visit. Thanks so much Lake Lanier Eye.
