I love this place and I love Dr. Anderson!! The ladies in the office, all of them, but especially Jennifer and Jessica are the most helpful and knowledgeable about all that is involved in the whole process of eye exams to purchasing eyeglasses and contacts. When I came, I found a pair of sunglasses I liked but was not sure about them. Jennifer and Jessica both worked a price up and it was such a great price, I ended up purchasing not only my new glasses but a new pair of sunglasses that I love so much!! Thank you Ladies and Dr. Anderson!

Clarkson Eyecare has a consistent excellency of service from the receptionist, to the nurses and doctors. Dr. Andersen has been my eye doctor for more than 20 years. He is an excellent doctor, very professional and caring. He takes time to listen to your concerns and to involve you in choosing the best treatment for your eyes.

From the moment I walked through the door, I was met with warmth and smiles and compassion. I started coughing, and the lady at the front desk offered me a peppermint to moisten my throat. That was nice. And then I met Dr. Anderson, and I realized why they were kind and friendly . And then I met Nihyeta, and she styled and fitted me for my glasses and prescription sunglasses. What an amazing group of people I happened upon. Please keep up the good work.

The staff at the Lilburn office were very friendly. The check in process was easy and quick. I arrived 20 minutes early to my daughter's appointment and was seen right away. Everyone did well working with my 16month old daughter. Dr. Ellen Mitchell is extremely personable. She listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. She took her time and was thorough in her exam. I highly recommend her for pediatric care!

I was very impressed with the whole practice. I only had to wait a few minutes and the entire staff seemed very knowledgeable and quickly addressed my concerns and needs. Not only that, but everyone we were in contact with was very friendly and personable. It was just a pleasure (and relief!) to find a such wonderful new optholologist and staff to come to from now on for my eye care needs.

Great Staff at the Lilburn office. They were friendly and accommodating. Dr. Cobb was great. The entire Thomas Eye Group was able to work me in on such short notice. Would definitely recommend to others because of my first experience and impression.

Omg they were so nice. The ppl at the front desk and the doctor. The doctor was so kind to me. It was a welcoming atmosphere. She listened to me and was very understanding. I will not go back to America's best. They are terrible.

Our family has used this office for over a decade. Even through the change of doctors. Always have had a wonderful experience and enjoyed the quality Eyewear. Unfortunately, we have not been in over 2 years because of Covid measures and simply not wanting to take a risk of exposure or have to deal with mask requirements, as I am not able to wear one due to my medical condition. My 15 year old son has a disability that also makes wearing a mask impossible. (He has autism) So I called last week to schedule an appointment for him because his glasses are broken and 3 years old. After scheduling, I mentioned that I cannot wear a mask and neither can my son. I was told that we would not be able to get the exam and my appointment would need to be canceled until some unknown future date when masks are no longer needed. Which is ridiculous because we were told 19 months ago that we only needed to lock down and wear masks for 2 weeks, yet here we are 10 months after the vaccine has been on the market and we're still in full blown Corona panic. So I asked if the doctor has been vaccinated, because surely if she's had the jab, she ought to be protected, right? No need for discrimination against my disabled son. Oh, she's had the vax and everyone in the office has too! So I said, "why doesn't she believe in the vaccine???" To which I was told that the doctor herself would give me a call to discuss. I waited all day. No phone call. Doesn't she believe in the "miracle vaccine"??? I'm writing this review to remind the doctor that my family has been patients there for many years, in fact the entire time she's been practicing there and many years prior. She needs to be reminded about the rules of ADA, American Disabilities Act. She is required to make reasonable accommodations for patients with disabilities. Sadly, I will be looking for another eye doctor as this one has proven she doesn't understand the law, nor the science, and instead has fallen for the propaganda. Either the vaccine works, or it doesn't. If it works, she's protected and there's no legal grounds whatsoever to require masks of ANY patient, but definitely not for patients with disabilities. I've attached pictures of my son's glasses, which are bent and missing the ear sleeves. He really needs a current exam and new glasses, but some other doctor will be getting our business.

My family have been going to Lilburn Family Eyecare for the last several years and we have been very elated with our care. Dr. Amin, Troy and the other staff members have been excellent. They take their time and is very detailed with what they do. I have received excellent service every time go. I look forward to continuing my family eyecare service with them.

My regular ophthalmology office didn’t have a dr in when I was needed to been seen for a pretty bad eye infection. I asked for a referral since there wasn’t a Dr in after the holiday and I was told “good luck finding a Dr today”. No referral nothing…. Worked out great for me because I got to see Dr.Gahallagher. The office staff was completely lovely and so helpful. Even turning down lights so I would be comfortable. Dr. Gallagher asked very thorough questions to diagnose my infection accurately and then made sure my treatment regiment would be as affordable as possible with insurance. And discussed a preventative plan with me. He showed great concern and care which was pretty dang great since I was feeling awful. I believe in being a loyal customer and I have been a loyal customer with my previous ophthalmology office for 5 years. Now I will be a loyal customer of Dr. Gallagher and his amazing team. Very grateful for your care.

This place is Amazing! The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. . Dr.John Gallagher is rhe best,gives through exams and explains things easy to understand. Michelle was very helpful picking out new frames and took the time to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend Clarkson Eyecare for the entire family.
