I have mixed feelings about the recent appointment for myself and my 2 children. From the surprise mandate to either have your pupils dilated or pay $40 for their high-tech eye test (or they won’t write you any prescriptions) to all of the premium options they put onto your “basic” glasses quote, this place will nickel and dime you to death. At the end of the day, the doctor was a very nice guy and I felt he was thorough, but the assistant who asked “why am I here then” when I told her I thought I had great vision, really turned me off. The overall visit felt more like being at an auto repair shop rather than the laid back experience I was expecting. The frames guy was pleasant and understanding and helped to improve the overall experience. But if you are on a budget, I would recommend going some place else because this office will blow your budget out of the water.

Lake Lanier eye care is truly amazing! The doctor is extremely helpful and really cares about the health of your eyes. If you have any questions he’s more than willing to explain and answer them, and never rushes you to see the next patient. The ladies in the front are always eager to help with a smile and answer any questions you may have as well. The whole is experience is always welcoming and the vibes just feel welcoming! The guy dealing with the frames is such a nice funny person, and makes the experience very personable. Super patient and understanding! They even offer incentives to keep you coming back which I love. This is the only place I will be going for my eye health and my frames.

I love dr treu. to me he is the best. I have been going to him for 8 years. I want go to anyone else. His staff is t the best.so friendly.

Courtney was ABSOLUTELY great!!!, the assistance that she provided me was very helpful and very encouraging. I never Like having to wear lenses, but Courtney made me feel comfortable in them like they were just another extension of my body, She is such a great worker and I’ll be looking forward to doing more business with this company.

Courtney was the ABSOLUTE BEST . I was trying on glasses and she was so honest about what looked good and what didn’t . 10/10 experience! She was even telling me about the sale they are having! My experience here was so good and I can’t even expresses how much I love the frames. THANK YOU MUCH COURTNEY! And tell your manager to give to hella promotions.

I had a wonderful experience here. Courtney was awesome in thoroughly explaining how the lenses would meet my needs. She was very approachable, professional, and has a knack for details when helping with frame choice.

I have been going to Dr. Swofford's office for well over then years now, my last appointment was Friday, March 22, 2019. Dr. Swofford has always been pleasant, truthful and straight to the point. I will continue to be his patient until he retires. Thank you for such wonderful and friendly service. See you next year!

I’ve been coming here for the last ten plus years and never had nothing to complain. Get my yeary exam. Have brought my sisters and they love dr swofford. I highly recommend this loacation. They also have the oakwood location which is like 2 min away from my house!

Was both rude & arrogant to me & my family. Based on my past experience with him, I have ZERO confidence in his advice, opinions, and or skills as a qualified eye expert. I'd simply keep searching for someone else:(
