I love this place! The staff is really laid back and professional. Dr. Fallas is awesome! He is the only doctor that gets my eye exam right. After getting my glasses, I CAN SEE. I never have to go back and say to him that my prescription is wrong. I highly recommend.

Anthony is very nice and helpful. He was patient in helping me pick out glasses that I really liked. I was there for close to an hour just picking out glasses. He showed me the different prices on the lenses and explained to me the benefits of each. He made the experience of buying glasses super easy. I will be coming back to get more glasses and am referring family too! Such a great experience and most of all thank you Anthony!

Dr Purgert is a wonderful doctor, and I’d recommend him to anyone needing a glaucoma specialist. He’s efficient but takes time if you need it.

Dr. Purgert and his staff are great. I had two laser procedures to bring down the pressure in both my eyes and they were both successful. I am very happy with the results, the professionalism and care. I highly recommend all of them. Great team work!

He performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes, two weeks apart. The surgery went well, I had concerns and was nervous. Dr. Fox was smiling while telling me I'd be fine. Even the recovery process is going well.

Crystal was very good to work with. She helped me with a pair of glasses from another provider and explained everything about my new order. I have a complex prescription and some facilities don’t have the expertise to get my glasses right.

I rarely write reviews but my frustration got the best of me. Booked an eye exam here last year for persistent floaters and waited months, only for the office to cancel my appointment twice. I gave up out of frustration and tried again this year, and was told I had “cancelled” the second appointment myself, which is not true. Both cancellations were on their end. Now I’m being told I need to wait months again, despite already waiting that long before, and was even told to go to urgent care for an issue that clearly requires an eye specialist and a proper dilated exam. That guidance alone was concerning. What’s especially frustrating is that I know of another patient who was able to get in much sooner for the same issue, while I’ve been repeatedly delayed. Very disappointing experience overall. Poor scheduling, inaccurate records, and no effort to prioritize a patient who has already been delayed. I would not recommend if you actually need timely care.
