What a great experience at Clarkson in Suwanee! My 2nd time having Dr. Nguyen! She listens and explains things so I understand the short and long term prospects for my eyes! Also, just a nice person. The receptionist was great and the lady who does the checkout explains your options and is very knowledgeable! Have my appointment booked for 2024 with Dr Nguyen!

The receptionist and the entire staff is very rude, I set an waited it for about an hour to be seen by the eye doctor another Caucasian gentleman came in about 30 minutes after me and was called directly to the back to be seen. My appointment was before his. there prejudice and I'm professional. At that point I walked out.

Melinda was kind and a great help! She The receptionist (i didnt get her name) was kind and very helpful as well. she walked me through my options and helped me pick glasses that I’d like. It was a wonderful experience. 10/10.

Dr. Chen is the best eye provider! She takes her time and provides good patient education. I brought my children to her also! She was so patient with them. I highly recommend her!

Dr..Bhakti is really wonderful. He listens. Such a difficult feature to find these days. The staff is all pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend!

Stay clear of this place! Customer service is non existence. I purchased glasses earlier this year and having issues with the prescription in the glasses. I have reached out to them several times, left vm and still no return call. I assume that they are so big now that they can't service their clients in a timely manner. Hopefully, this review will help you in choosing an eye care facility that values their clients. See other views as well. Same issues!

I have been to the Braselton location two times, and the doctor cannot get my contact lens prescription, correct. I have never had this problem with my previous eye doctor and I will never go back to this practice again.

Whatever this merger with Gainesville Eye is has ruined their practice. There were 3 upset patients when I came in because appointments were canceled then rescheduled when no doctor was on staff. One person drove very far during normal business hours to find a sign that the optical department had closed for the day without notice. Appointments even for emergencies are booking 2 months out. Finding a new practice for myself and my family since Dr. Wessler is gone anyway.

They wanted $800 for 1 pair of glasses. After their discount for my insurance it was $650. Felt like they were only after the money.

Dr. Sosebee and her staff are very professional and they work very hard to provide the best service possible for their patients. I absolutely recommend All eyes vision care to everyone looking for a amazing eye doctor that truly cares!
