This place closes at 7 according to the voicemail I received and hours listed. So Monday I rushed over to get my frames but they were already closed and it was 640. When I told them I had received a message, they not only made me wait outside the gate but handed me frames thru the gate as if they were inprisoned. They said the close early to clean.... seriously??? You dont need to close to clean! The girl kept apologizing knowing the service they were providing was wrong, yet I bet she had no choice wether its corporates doing or the other girl who was at the cashier its just wrong. If a place closes at the time listed it has no business closing earlier than that. The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because the girl was genuinely sorry and I could tell.

Allison was great! Gave me a ton of information that most optometrist offices don’t! She went out of her way to help me as best as she could and I am so grateful because it was all last minute and she made sure she took care of me! I highly recommend coming here! 🥰 …

Very friendly staff. The optometrist Nga Lu was knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. The person who checked me out, Allison, was very nice, attentive, and gave great advice. Great experience overall.

The staff were so friendly and nice. They were very helpful in helping me find my new pair of glasses and I did not feel rushed. The optometrist was so calm, and my exam went by quick. Highly recommended

Fake 5 star reviews!! My friend and I have been going here for several years. This review is not about the primary care doctor that has been wonderful. It is for the staff that have no regard for the military personnel that need medical help. I’ve personally viewed the staff be nasty and condescending to our retired military. That is, when you can tear them away from joking and talking amongst themselves. They don’t like to be interrupted while they are busy with their personal conversations. I’m a proponent equal employment, but why can’t our government hire qualified personnel?

Honestly, Dr. Rudley is the sweetest man! He cares about what you have to say. My last optometrist didn't hear me out with the problems I was having. The staff there is extremely kind too! I would recommend them to anyone!! ☺ Give them a call - you won't regret it!
