My mom has been Dr. Medina's patient for many years. He's a very nice doctor. He listens to his patients and is very patient and empathetic. Always has pleasant attitude. He also did my mom's cataract surgery in both eyes. We're very hair with him.

Was told its mainly for kaiser health insurance holders, they should just make a building in their hospitals. why have separate locations if you arent serving the general public? And you also need an appointment

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I waited about 5 mins and taken care of. Top notch customer service, cleanliness and friendliness. Everyone was super nice and courteous. Very professional and helpful. Definitely, will keep coming back here.

Honestly, as efficient as Dr.Veal is, I miss Dr.Thall. I'm glad Saundra is still there to make me feel valued and make the personal connection I've felt for the MANY years I've been a patient there.
