My wife and I have been coming to this practice for many years. These doctors are excellent, and some of the best in Dallas. I wouldn't trust my eyes or my vision to anyone else.

I will write a more detailed explanation if northport vision center at walmart doesn't comply. They deserve ZERO stars! I will be contacting FTC if they don't fax my eye prescription to my new eye care facility.

I get the best eye care here. The place is conveniently located and modern (easy to make appointments, get reminders etc) and the doctor is so great to work with. He diluted my eyes only enough to test them, not as much as other doctors do which make it so I can't see all afternoon. And he was really engaged and interested in making sure I have the right contacts. Would highly recommend.

I brought my mother in for a follow up, and was in an excellent mood. I said good morning to the staff and all crickets??? I thought I did something to them. Very poor hospitality!!! Terrible atmosphere. Will not bring my family here ever again.

Dr. Powell and his staff consistently go above and beyond every expectation. After many years of our family being patients of theirs, our vision insurance changed and no longer included Powell Vision. We tried another eye doctor in town and we were so disappointed with our care there. We returned to Powell and choose to pay out of pocket just to be able to be cared for by their team-they are absolutely worth it!

Dr. Kagan is phenomenal. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, flexible, patient, and personable with a lot of integrity. She makes herself available to busy schedules and works thoroughly through the entire process: the examination, picking out glasses, squaring everything away with insurance, and everything in between. I’ve been seeing Dr. Kagan for a few years and anyone who decides to see Dr. Kagan will be in great hands.

I’m very happy with the service I received both times I’ve been to this place. The staff here are very kind and welcoming. Brandon is especially good at his job and provides wonderful customer service to everyone who walks through that door. He made me and my daughter feel very comfortable there and was overall very kind. 10/10 customer service on his part.

I really appreciate how my eye health was not only addressed for my best care for my well being. I was made to feel that I mattered not just a person they had to see. I will tell anyone that the wait on your appointment makes up for the care you receive. Thank you Teresa

This was my first visit and I’m really happy with Mary Leong, O.D. and everyone who worked with me. They handled my insurance, assisted me in selecting perfect frames, and are just nice people! My glasses took a couple of weeks, and are probably the best prescription I have ever had. Thank you to each of you!

My appointment was for 1:55p and they canceled it at 2:00p because I was 5min late due to an accident slowing up traffic. The manager was very unprofessional and didn't even try to help. I will definitely speak with my insurance carrier about not renewing their contract.
