For Dr. Stephen Kirshen, Optometrist, and Associates - East Meadow

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kirshen and his full staff. I've gone there for years and he's always treated my family with professionalism, kindness and respect. I just took my parents, who are 90 and 94, and retired from the medical field, for their first visit. He did not rush them, he listened to their semi off topic stories, and he completely addressed their visual needs.

Best experience I’ve ever had for an eye exam. No wait time. Optometrist was extremely thorough with his exam and took the time to answer all of my questions. Highly recommend!

I had trouble placing a reorder on line so I called and spoke to Nyah. She was absolutely wonderful. Explained I'm a senior and can't skip between pages so can't do it myself and she offered to place the order for me. As it turns out my frame is not available so I'll look for another frame. She was patient, professional and she is a real asset.

Nyah was a delight to work with this morning. She was very professional and pleasant in handling my problem. Everything was resolved promptly and I had already received my confirmation emails before ending the call. I can’t begin to tell you how refreshing it was to work with a competent employee that made it seem effortless to resolve my issue with an auto ship order. She made sure the order was canceled and the auto shipment feature was turned off for the future as well as checking to make sure the refund was on its way.
