I only would shop at Optyx as long as Faye is there. I have been a customer of hers for 14 years. She knows what looks good and spends time making sure you are happy. I would never use anyone but Faye. She is the only one I trust.

Dr Mann and her staff are warm, friendly and very helpful & thorough. My husband and I have been to many optometrists and she is the best.

This is a great local business!!! Laura makes sure that your glasses are functional and stylish. With her years of experience in the industry, she will also make sure they fit your face properly and look right, unlike other places that just want to sell you something and get you out the door.

Wife and I recently visited Marty for glasses. His patience in assisting us, answering questions, giving his honest opinions on different looks and his overall demeanour was fantastic. When my wife was adamant on a certain style, Marty persisted and changed the lens to match her colour request. He never gave up until Missus was happy. Our family loves this place, we always get our eye exams, glasses and contact lenses here. Martin is an excellent asset to this place, always very helpful.

Just has an eye exam/contact appointment with Dr Chang. He is very knowledgeable, professional and caring. He likes to breakdown complex terminologies into simple terms that his patients can understand. He is very thorough and thoughtful. Marty (optician manager) was very helpful with processing my insurance as well as handling contact purchase. It was a great visit indeed!
