I love this office. Amelia is incredibly service oriented and efficient. Adam is kind and very competent. I am grateful to enjoy old-fashioned care with the latest medical technology.

Dr. Butler and Dr. Nicholson are fantastic. I've had the pleasure of seeing both of them and they both have done a wonderful job of helping me find the right contacts for my severely dry eyes. Recently I've been working with Dr. Butler who helped me determine I have chronic dry eye. Finding a comfortable contact lens has been extremely challenging and both doctors have been wonderful about letting me try multiple lenses to find the right one. I can't say enough great things about either of them. They're very personable and always make me feel comfortable. I'm so glad I found Europtics!!

Big waste of time....

Extremely kind staff and efficient services. The Dr. was knowledgeable and did a thorough follow-up and review of my previous visit. This is my first time switching from glasses to contact lenses and the process was so smooth. Thank you!

I’ve been coming to Dr. Heiden and Dr. Strauss for almost 20 years. I now bring my daughters too. Everyone here is wonderful. The doctors are caring and knowledgeable. The staff is attentive and courteous. Just wonderful all around.

Hicksville Optical is a very friendly and makes it very comfortable for a patient/customer to help understand your eye care and makes sure you are matched with a perfect pair of glasses or contacts during your doctors visit or follow up there. The best part of my visit was a very friendly staff which put a smile to my face after I had a long day at work and since I was running late from work they accommodated me very patiently. My family comes here and will continue to do so always. I’m thankful for them here. 😊

Both Dr. Kim are amazing! They have a huge emphasis on patient care and always provides the best customer service. Also, they have a great collection of love eyewear.

Russ’ Optical is the best place to obtain your glasses. Good , honest service is why we return to this store. Besides the people who work there are nice and helpful.

dr.vanderkleed was not only rude and racist but he told my grandmother that he can't help her because of the language barrier. He said he was "frustrated" We offered a translator and he was annoyed. He refused service and was very very unprofessional. I hope the team looks into this specific doctor, and does better to accommodate. The front office ladies were very nice and apologetic for his behavior and they gave nothing but positive and professional attitude.

Dr. Costin is very knowledgeable and kind while his work is exceptional. His staff is just as amazing. Highly recommend
