I had the worst customer service experience with the front desk. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment. The front desk did not check me in until 20 minutes later. I was the only person in the lobby at the time. She argued with me saying she could not start the check in process until my scheduled appointment time. I was also told, after asking several times about when will I be able to see the Dr. I was told in a rude manner, the Dr. was still handling her morning appointments and it is lunch time. Oh did I tell you my appointment was at 12:40, I arrived at 12:20 was checked in at 12:50. Then was told the Dr. most likely would not be able to see me until after 2:00. Not at 2:00 AFTER 2:00, because she is a specialist and has had some other appointments come up. This was stated as if I was not important as a client. My questions are, If they were running far behind, why didn't I get a courtesy call to ask me to come in closer to 2:00 or given the courtesy to reschedule. Guess what, she lost a client, I would never step foot in that place, nor would I recommend it to family in friends. I have notified my insurance carrier to inform them of the type of places they are supporting and referring. Stay away from this place unless you have 2 plus more hours to spend sitting in a waiting area before being seen. I left out another important piece of information. I had the same experience 2 years ago with this location. I waited over 2 hours to be seen by the Dr. I should have known better not to give them another opportunity. Stay away from the Peachtree Corners location. These people are rude, unprofessional and don't care about their clients.

The facility is great, they scheduled an appointment as soon as possible. The doctor listened to my concerns and answered all my question. This is a great place and highly recommend it.

This place is terrible! The waiting time is ridiculous, you get there early just to be waiting for an hour or two! The staff needs to learn better customer service and be more friendly. The staff barely speaks to you! 😡 …

Dr. Kim is an incredible eye surgeon. Smart, competent, and friendly. Explains everything in detail for pre and post surgery. Certainly a Rock Star in his field.

Reasonable price, was able to be seen on time, and incredibly informative. What more could you ask for?

Every place we've been to struggles to find my VSP this place didn't struggle one bit. They were quick and efficient. Prices yes I agree were higher than usual but the brands they carry are expensive. Found the right glasses for the family and Dr. Explains things well. The front staff all were very friendly. When it came down to the prices and plans the girl explained it well. No issues what so ever.

Both Drs. Fisherman and Sable have been used by my family for over 30 years+. They are very professional and make me feel extremely comfortable. Looking forward to having my cataracts removed. My Mom had hers removed by Dr. Sable over 21 Years ago.

Finally, public WIFI! This place is located in one of our county's few remaining black holes of cellular coverage. ATT and Verizon are both useless here, so the WIFI really helps while waiting forever (and writing reviews). They've got a … More
