Absolutely love Dr. Vanaki! Family ran office where Rachel and Avery greet you with a warm smile, making checkin quick and easy. We always leave feeling like family. Thank you guys for taking care of my families eyeball needs for more than 8 years! :)

First time in today - Dr. Jenna was both thorough and knowledgeable! I feel like I know more about my eye health than I ever did before. She was able to assess my known issues immediately while making recommendations for key indicators of glaucoma that I had never known about. I went out and bought some sunglasses and will be taking steps to prevent this issue. I found their front desk team very friendly and accommodating as well. Jakeem and Jason were awesome to work with. Took my measurements, helped me with my frame adjustments and got me in and out better and faster than anywhere else I've experienced. Will be back!

Dr. Deena Sylvester performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes. I was very happy the process, the followup, and the results. She took the time to explain everything and give me information about my options.

My first time here and it was an amazing experience. The staff was very helpful and caring. I never felt uncomfortable during my visit there. Very clean and easy to get by. Overall a great group of people to be around. I would recommend this place for sure.

The staff was efficient. The appointment reminders were great. The preregistration was helpful and the self check-in kiosts were fantastic. No waiting for busy staff. The doctor was professional, He used clear and focussed communication. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and not rushed.

Overbooking is a bad care practice. My father, who needs a driver for appointments, scheduled an eye appointment along with a driver six months ago. The appointment was confirmed one week before his scheduled appointment. The day after the confirmation, he received a phone call stating that the doctor had overbooked, and that his appointment had been rescheduled for the following week. When he informed the scheduler that he didn’t have a driver for the following week, she dismissively and condescendingly said, “I’m sure if they could give you a ride next week, then they could do it the following week too.” She told him to keep the rescheduled appointment then call back and cancel if he couldn’t find a driver. All of the onus for this bad business practice was placed on the patient. Such bad form all the way around.

I had cataracts in both eyes. Dr. Hertzog expertly diagnosed them and developed a treatment plan that was effective and gave me clear vision. The surgeries even made my distance vision glasses free for most situations! The staff at this practice is also exceptional.
