I had an issue with my order and it didn’t come in for much over a month late. That would be fine if I didn’t have to call all the time for updates and how to proceed with the order. The staff always seemed inconvenienced and rude. No one ever apologizes, but makes a lot of excuses. I didn’t feel like I got a clear answer on the problem until I received the contacts. I probably had to call them over 10 times about my order and there was no accommodation provided for the inconvenience. I also had to go out multiple times to pick up trials in the process. I won’t be going back haha.

Just left feeling frustrated from my experience. I told the optician what I wanted and they were dismissive every step of the way by insisting on frames I don’t need and complaining about my coverage. I promptly left since they obviously don’t want business here.

Been coming for yearssss since my children were small. Good Optometrist. LOVEE the office Manager Shakirah and techincians Yvette..and Mr. Stan whom has retired. I will agree the Licensed Optician can be...out of it (i guess). Sometimes wayyyy too talkative, brush off service and slow processing order. Other than this, Walmart Vision takes great care of my family. And yes, get your RX and buy contacts online to avoid all the store nuisances

P’Jean (spelling may be incorrect) has been heroic. I am from N.C., but faced a long period of cancer treatment obliging me to stay near Atlanta. We were able to order up glasses which were unique due to my cancer surgery— one working lens and one lens to cover the eye which was removed in surgery. The team in the store came together to get me my order worked out despite confusion at the lab which is processing my order. Hopefully, my second pair will appear soon and be as satisfying as the first set of glasses.

This place has me as a forever customer. The entire staff was amazing and welcoming. KiJana and Darrell service and hospitality was top tier I have a busy 4yr old who was growing antsy they provided a color book and crayons and friendly which for a mom with a little one was super sweet as she had to come with me. They were patient when I was indecisive about my glasses and even took a vote with my little one. KiJana made sure I walked out with the glasses I wanted. The level of professionalism, hospitality and great customer service of KiJana and Darrell is unmatched. The doctor was very nice and informative welcoming and the technician also was very nice and knowledgeable. This office and its staff are amazing!!! I was a walk-in and left out apart of the vision works family! I hope the team reads this.

OMG! I can see….literally! After struggling with my vision for years (even with contacts and regular visits), I can literally see more clearly. The staff and Dr. suggested lens that would help me read closeup and see at a distance simultaneously. GAME CHANGER! No more reading glasses. I can’t stop crying. The staff is excellent. They are friendly, professional, caring and knowledgeable. My experience from the call to schedule my appointment to the examinations were excellent. The staff worked together to provide SUPERB customer service. I felt like I was visiting family. WOW! Thank you guys!!!!❤️

Horrible experience. I came in for a routine eye appointment and the service seemed okay until I had an issue with the new contact brand prescribed to me. First, the Dr. Collins did not fit me for the new contacts brand which could've helped to avoid this situation. Secondly, it took THREE weeks to get a response to a message I sent on the patient portal. When I did receive a response I was told that I needed another appointment, even though he did not fit me for my new contacts initially.

Now I know why this place Rating is poor. Front Desk attitude.. longer wait even after booking the appointment. More than 2 Hours wait after checking inn and still No Dr here..

Why we didn't read the reviews before my daughter schedule to have eye surgery. It is 10:17 am. Been here since 7am. 1st ones here. Now after poking her eyeball, took her Valium to relax her Dr Kim comes in to tell her they can't do the surgery because they don't have the size bed for her and they're having sewage problems and can't bring bed on the service elevator. So why they didn't have the bed here already? Its not like her surgery appt was made this morning. And not to mention the other Dr who ordered the wring drops is a student and because as a mother I question Dr Kim's patient Asst, Jennifer Johnstone she gets mad and slams the door. No apologies just excuses made as to why the Dr ordered wrong meds. And I believe Jennifer spoke w Dr Kim about me telling her we don't do the slamming door thing. She's rude and I feel she put a bug in Dr Kim's ear. And yes I said if my daughter was white they would have gotten a bed already. After reading reviews I'm grateful Dr Kim didn't do surgery. God do for us what we can't do for ourselves.. My daughter is a single mom and she took today off. All week as a matter of fact. And I'm on a fixed income and I've wasted gas, and will have to pay for parking. For what??????? What the heck is happening to Emory! Not to mention I canceled my heart appt to come here w bronchitis. I'm very upset and so is my daughter. And why they've got to highlight her weight? They should have a bed on the floor for General Principle. I'm going to call Morgan n Morgan somebody... I'm happy Manager Wiliette Berry-Thomas showed my daughter compassion. So we've been here 4 hrs. That Dr KIM and Jennifer has very bad vibes.
