It was simple yet amazing , and fast getting a pair of glasses.

Horrible customer service , very rude , I tried asking a few questions after each question over the phone he would go straight to saying bye bye which was very unprofessional and rude , do not do business here.

Although there were a few bumps in the road on the initial order, Mary, the GM, got that straightened out for our glasses on a reorder. They were excellent and her fitting was stupendous. She is a very caring thorough and professional person who makes everything right for the customer. We will be return customers.

The front office staff were so kind in helping me find the correct pair. I was given a great tip to optimize my appointment and save the most money. The staff that did my exams were very professional and knowledgeable. They gave me great advice about my contacts. I was overjoyed with my checking out experience because it was so affordable. Best eye appointment I've had in years!

Excellent customer service/support from the two ladies at Mall of Ga . Vision works on Thursday,August 10th 2023. I was dropping by trying to make it to confirm a order and they were almost ready to close . These two ladies assisted me Imani was one I’m unsure of the other lady that also assisted, however they were very helpful even though it was closing time . These two Ladies are a definite asset to Visionworks. Thank -you for all you assistance and exceptional customer service that you gave me .

I needed an appt asap as my toddler accidentally scratched my eye. They were able to get me in 30 minutes after my call! From the front desk to Dr. Patel every single person was so professional and friendly!! Seriously the most authentic and nice customer service all around. I will definitely be returning for all my needs as well as sharing with friends and family.

It was a first visit for me after a kataract-patient friend recommended them to me. My biggest impression was that each and everyone I dealt with was very friendly, pleasant and helpful and that I was able to get an appointment the very same day. I plan to use them again when the need arises.

Great experience, great price 👍 too. Cannot complain 😌. Overall i was a little concerned about this whole new situation/experience ,but doctor needles a believed his name is. He did all sorts of tests on me to be sure before giving me a final diagnos. He truly does care for his patients. I will definitely recommend anyone to this facility.

Worst place to get your exam , the "Doctor" are somewhere in India , and the prescription is wrong none of my 5 family members can see anything with the prescription they gave us, and then when you ask for a solution or a refund for something they did it wrong they just laughed at your face and said your loss. Including the manager James
