Love love love Dr. S ! She is very thorough and always helps me with all my vision needs, always takes her time and answers any questions i have. Staff is awesome as well, always able to fit me into the most perfect / stylish glasses with the best lenses. I would never go anywhere else again.

Omg it was sooooo awesome and amazing!!! All of the front end staff were very friendly and welcoming!!! Dr. Sosebee was so funny, warm, jovial, and welcoming. My appt was @4:30 got out @5pm. Dr. Sosebee also gave me a good amount of samples for my dry eyes. It didn't feel like they wanted me to pay for stuff I didn't need, but I definitely will look into in future visits. Don't be more than 10 mins late, they'll cancel and reschedule your appt!!!

they do not honor warranties. Paid for scratch resistant lenses and the lenses sustained heavy scratches due to a weather event. The lab offered a 50% discount ...lol NO WAY I WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!

I highly recommend this optometrist office. Dr Treu and his staff are the best. So welcoming and efficient. Dr True fortunately has a wonderful network of highly regarded ophthalmologist that he will refers his patients to for advanced eye care. So this office covers all avenues and, as his patient, I appreciate that I can trust and confide in his expertise.

I received great customer service from Nick at The Mall of GA. He was patient with me as I selected my frames. He provided detailed information regarding my choices and was very pleasant to work with. If you go to The Mall Of GA location make sure you ask for Nick. He’s great!

Ashley is amazing. She was so patient with me trying on approximately 20 frames! (I could be exaggerating a tiny bit, but it was a lot of frames!) She gave me honest feedback and made great suggestions. I can’t wait to see my new pairs, yes pairs of glasses. I got a daily wear and sunglasses. I’m gonna be so cute. I have been coming to see Dr. Swofford since I was a kid. It's been over 12 years and I cannot say enough about him. He knows his patients and always asks about how my life is going. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eye care.

Good place. I've been going there for the last 10 years and have been happy with their service. Not expensive and prompt.

Just had a bad experience at this place. I have a daughter that wear glasses and contacts.The doctor asked if she wear glasses or contacts. I said both. The doctor then mentioned that we had to pay an additional price for the contacts. I was totally aware of that. Then she asked if we were doing an eye glass exam or contact exam. Since my daughter wear contacts mostly I said contact exam. So as we were getting ready to check out they said that I had to pay for the contact exam. That was never mentioned but she made sure that she mentioned that there was a contact cost. Had I known that I would've had to pay for this I would’ve declined. This was our first and last visit to this place. I will never come back again.
