Awesome office....Been with them since the father ran the business .....great customer service

I stopped in because the glasses I bought here five years back broke. a screw had popped out and gone missing. I thought that they might be able to help. A very nice young lady took a quick look and said she could help. I took a seat and about 15 minutes later, she reappeared with my glasses repaired. No charge and she even replaced the nose pads. That's great service. And while I'm not needing new glasses right now, I'll certainly be back when I do.

Love Dr Larsen. He's so personable and fun to talk with through the eye exam.

The Staff at 20/20 Image Eye Centers are amazing. I had an eye issue quickly arose affecting my vision that I was concerned about. I reached out to another eye center and had to leave a message which was not returned for over an hour. When they did call me, they took some information and said they would get back to me which did not happen for hours. I called 20/20 Eye Center and they answered. They asked my questions while on the phone to assess my situation. While still on the phone, they said I should come in for an assessment of my situation. I was given an appointment for two hours after my call. I showed up and was going through test within 15 minutes after filling out my paperwork as I had never been to 20/20 Eye Center before. They identified my issue, gave me a treatment plan and samples to address my issue. My initial experience with the 20/20 Eye Center Staff and Doctor was one of the best medical experiences I have ever had. 20/20 Eye Center will be my go-to Eye Care Center going forward, Thank you!

I am a huge fan of Dr. Liao. She is a true professional who takes a personal interest in her patients overall health. Her kindness and ability to explain in terms that makes sense is very comforting.

This store does not keep the hours posted on the door. They say they are open until 7pm. Last week I arrived at 6:50 to order glasses. I already had the frames picked out. But the door was locked. Someone came and told me that it takes time to shut down the computer... I went back tonight to PICK UP the glasses that had arrived for my son. We arrived at 6:30... THIRTY minutes before closing and again, the door was locked. This is very frustrating. I made two trips to this store and got nothing in return! I will be buying my glasses at another store.

I have been dealing with Dr Weaver for some years...He's has been a very good outstanding Dr. But the new staff is not very friendly nor cares about ur well being trying to get you in to get treated why would I want to go to urgent care when I been going there for yrs...The last two visits I had I really didn't appreciate the staff services the doctors are Super Nice it's jus the staff so unpleasant...
