The older woman with glasses at the front desk is rude. Their system was down today so they had to reschedule our appointment. Which is an inconvenience but I understand that stuff happens and it isn't their fault. But we walked in 15 minutes early and this lady is looking at me like I have 10 heads and tells me very slowly and in a rude tone that they're just taking names and numbers because the system is down. It's like she expected me to know that they weren't doing appointments today and I annoyed her by coming in. Not sure what her problem was, but her attitude is what irritated me, not the fact that we have to reschedule. Do better.

Everyone working there seems to know what they are doing. Very friendly and they take the time to explain any questions you have. They all work well together making it faster to get you out quickly.. Dr. Was friendly and explained everything so you can understand. Machines they have are way up to date. Great place ,very clean. . You are well taken care of. Ty

Vision Health Specialties didn't make finding an eye doctor in this town easier on us. It's a big place. Clean, modern, and the staff are nice enough. That's where the 2 stars come from. We still had to pay a few hundred over insurance. They wouldn't show my husband which frames were completely covered by insurance. My husband got annoyed when even after telling them we just wanted one additional feature (anti-scratch lenses) the person handling their order acted like a pushy salesperson trying to get him to tack on more 'options'. In addition, we were told between 7-10 days was when the new ones would come in. 3 weeks later, I hadn't heard from them. I had to call them, only to find they were sitting there in the office waiting. Then she tried to tell me my wait was because my son needed 'special' glasses. We won't be going back.

The dr and all the staff were efficient and very kind and professional! The dr spoke to me in a very understanding way with patience and all the details,thank you!

Wait was long. Had several tests done by a very good technician. However, the opthamalogist did not discuss any of them with me. Nor did she explain my eye condition of dry macular degeneration aside from giving me a list of vitamins to take along with a handout in a eye test to check if my eyes get worse. The entire appointment took 2 hours in which the doctor spent literally 4 minutes with me. I ended up going home and researching everything myself. Will not be going back.

I have to do 2 test and still have to go to another eye doctor just wasted my time and money

i had lost my previous glasses , then i came here to get new one as soon as possible . they are so helpful , nice , and give the best price ! only take me 1.5 hours to get frame, eye exam and gone home with new pair eyeglasses. the sales person that help me is danitza, but all the doctor and all the employee here is so awesome . i recommended to everyone
