It was a first visit for me after a kataract-patient friend recommended them to me. My biggest impression was that each and everyone I dealt with was very friendly, pleasant and helpful and that I was able to get an appointment the very same day. I plan to use them again when the need arises.

Great experience, great price 👍 too. Cannot complain 😌. Overall i was a little concerned about this whole new situation/experience ,but doctor needles a believed his name is. He did all sorts of tests on me to be sure before giving me a final diagnos. He truly does care for his patients. I will definitely recommend anyone to this facility.

Worst place to get your exam , the "Doctor" are somewhere in India , and the prescription is wrong none of my 5 family members can see anything with the prescription they gave us, and then when you ask for a solution or a refund for something they did it wrong they just laughed at your face and said your loss. Including the manager James

I went there because of the good review. But my experience was bad. Yesterday I stopped by and made appointment for eye exam and lens( he told me the original one was around $100) I got there 10:00am today , and they opened the door around 10:15am. The young gentleman (I believe he is a salesperson) checked me in and give me some tests like eye pressure …. Really unprofessional and inpatient! I feel like he doesn’t even care ! Those tests should be done by professionals! Then he sent me in the room for the telehealth eye exam during which I communicated with the doctor by video chat. The whole process didn’t go through very well . After that, The young salesman gave me an estimate said that my lens should be $185–265 without any further information. I questioned them about my exam results and the manger explained that all the results number is from me. After paying the exam fee, I left. I went to Costco got another eye exam in person. And the doctor told me the numbers from eyelab was a little higher! And I only paid $120 in Costco for my lens.

I've been a visionworks customer for almost 10 years when a close friend recommended Eyedeal family eye Care for my 6 year olds first eye appointment. When I say the entire staff is out of this world, that is the understatement of the year. I will ONLY come here from now on for my family's eye needs. Dr. B and his staff go the extra mile with their patients and it shows. Thank you guys for all you do.

Our family has been going to Eyedeal for several years now. The staff is always prompt and friendly. Dr. Badaracco is knowledgeable and cares about his patients eye health. I'd highly recommend them, especially if you're in the Buford area.

From the first appointment, I have been more than pleased with their scheduling and customer service from the front desk to the back. Everyone is always so nice and friendly, which is hard to find these days. I truly feel that my time is precious to them as they do a fantastic job with not over booking the day, which causes patients to wait, and wait, and... Lastly, I do not feel like the appointment and time with the Doctor is ever rushed. He takes the time to go over everything and answer ANY questions you have with detail.

The experience is terrific. Dr. Mark Dickerson is fantastic. He does the best job and we can't wait to go back again! He is a great doctor and we are grateful to know him. He is a blessing in our life. Thank you Dr. Mark!!! Blessings to you and your Family, Joe and Bebe YEA DR. MARK!!!!

One star because some of the employees are very nice. However communication is terrible, when I call I wait on hold for extensive time and then I’m transferred to a voicemail and return calls can take days. I came in for my annual exam (for which I was in the office for over 2hrs) they did not tell me until after my appointment there was no one available to do my contact lens fitting until the end of my visit. They would not release my (unchanged) prescription. Four weeks later still no luck getting an appointment time that is doable with my work schedule and I am still in my old glasses because I’m out of contacts. Transferring to another practice as soon as I get my prescription released.

I considered my visit to Marietta Eye Clinic to be outstanding in all respects. The professionalism, dedication to their profession was remarkable. My visit was handled on time with a very minimal of waiting time. I have two procedures in the works at this time cathartic surgery and additional surgery on the eye lids of both eyes. I look forward to having those procedures completed. I would recommend Marietta Eye Clinic to any and all who require any and all procedures.
