I had an outstanding experience today at the vision center in Walmart on 288 and Broadway. Marina Montoya was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was completely satisfied. She took the time to walk me through all of my benefits and explained each one thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and she made sure all of my questions were answered before I left. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication to excellent customer service truly stood out. I walked away feeling informed, valued, and very pleased with the experience. Thank you for going above and beyond—I truly appreciate your exceptional service! The best possible choice for you, if you need the most skilled Ophthalmologist.. I was losing my vision, I had cataracts that were taking away my sight. He restored my vision in both eyes. Not only that, my vision is now better than I could have imagined. The Doctor is polite, calm, patient and explains procedures perfectly. He is a terrific surgeon. If you need the most skilled Dr, he should be the best choice for you and your family for your lifetime. I am so grateful to him for restoring my sight. He is a miracle maker!

I have been using Dr. Fiddler as my optometrist for the last ten(+) years. Dr. Fiddler has always been extremely professional, prompt, and approachable in my time as his patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Fiddler to anyone seeking a high level of care for their eyes.

I have had several appointments with Dr. Marsh and feel she is not only a great asset to Dr. Justo's office but seems very knowledgeable in her treatment of my dry eyes. I hope to establish a lasting relationship with her.

All of the staff were extremely friendly and supportive! I would recommend the SVS location on Jackson Drive in Independence to anyone ! The doctor was very professional and informative about the Macular Degeneration, Cataracts and vision changes he found. I've worn glasses all my life. I have to say that Kate Ho is superb. Pretty much the best I've ever been to.

Nice clean store. Wide selection, in all price ranges. Steve was extremely helpful. Made sure I got the best price and followed up with a phone call regarding a question I had about my insurance coverage.

Very nice group of people. They are friendly and have always greeted with a smile. I’m usually in and out in 30 minutes. I have gotten both my glasses and contacts from them. If you have insurance or able to pay out of pocket i would definitely go here. Nice selection of glasses. Patient team.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I had my son get in eye exam last year for contacts, but weeks after the exam they closed, and they never contacted me when they reopened. I never got a prescription for my sons contacts, even though I paid for it because he had to be reexamined before they would issue his prescription. I basically paid $100 for a disposable pair of contacts! They were not at all helpful, and rude, and the only person that was nice (the doctor) doesn't even work there anymore. Pay the extra $20 and go where they treat people with respect and not just a dollar sign!

I stopped in while shopping downtown and was so impressed with the selection of glasses and the customer service. I ended up buying a pair that I love and my husband has since bought a pair too. I will buy all my glasses here going forward. Great experience!!
