Dr Nguyen of the west wichita location is kind, caring and she listens. She is invested in me, my health and helps navigate the often complex issues surrounding eye disease. I recommend her and her colleagues at this location!

The staff was polite, but the wait time was over an hour past my appointment. A simple update or more realistic scheduling would really improve the patient experience.

I have been a patient there for a long time and have been treated by Dr. Will who is a very kind, caring and excellent physician. He will be leaving the practice soon and will be missed by so many. I am sure everyone wishes him the best.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We waited for an hour after our appointment time. They did not tell us about extra fees for specific specialty lenses they wanted us to "try". Very rude staff. The doctor was polite, but the office staff- terrible. We will pay the out of network costs to go back to Hillcrest Optical.

Doc Wen has been treating my now 93 year old Mom for her serious glaucoma for 5 years and Mom can still see!! Her bedside manner is the best, she engenders confidence as soon as she speaks and its pretty clear she is an Glaucoma expert if you read her bio. Plus she is super down to earth and its so cool that she looks like a young unpretentious lady you would be see some where, meanwhile she is like this super genius eyeball specialist inventing stuff and doing clinical trials and saving peoples sight. She is going to polish up my Mums eyeball next with a Laser...polishing, I love the term. I dont know if she has kids but can you imagine: "Mom, how was work today...Oh I just lasered a few eyeballs!!!!" Ha, another Eyeball Master at Duke! If you have Glaucoma, get on her patient list. Only trust your vision with the best. Dr. Nezgoda has been administering monthy injections to heal a venal occlusion in my eye for close to a year with no adverse reactions or affects. My vision is steadily improving. Friendly helpful staff and you can tell Dr. Nezgoda and staff love what they do. I am very happy we found them and thankful for their efforts.

Met with Dr. Azzoli and had a great appointment! She was very thorough and has a great caring manner. She answered any questions that I had, I highly recommend her!!! 5 stars ⭐️

Over the years I have had eight different eye doctors and Dr. Chan is the best. I don't feel like just a number at his office, he genuinely cares and the results have been exceptional. I wear glasses and contacts and have always had to squint when wearing my glasses because the prescription was off (particularly in my right eye because of my astigmatism); Dr Chan balanced my prescription and I can see clearly with my glasses now! Also, my husband no longer gets headaches because Dr Chan got him into the glasses that work best for him. I highly recommend.

I was going to purchase eyewear from my doctor’s office as I’ve always done, but I decided to compare choices and prices at other locations. Dee at Target in Huntsville, AL at the University Drive location was so patient, knowledgeable, honest, and helpful! I decided to purchase two pairs of prescription glasses from her even though Target is not a preferred provider for my VSP Insurance. I was disappointed in that one circumstance, but overall, my positive experience outweighed the cost difference. You have an excellent and exceptional employee with Miss Dee!
