Dr Joly is very personable. He gave me a lot of information that I was not aware of. I have full confidence in his ability to make improvements in my eye sight.

Dr. Sandler worked me into his very busy schedule on the same day when I had an eye injury. He took the time to evaluate and treat me with his usual friendly and compassionate care despite a full load of patients to see. It is always a very pleasant experience when visiting this office and interacting with him and the staff.

This location was awesome. I had a pair of glasses with a broken nose piece and went in looking for a repair kit. Sage, one of the employee’s, walked right up to me and answered my questions, then repaired it free of charge. Quick and awesome customer service!!

Dr Joseph is very knowledgeable and thorough with the exam. Very personable. Staff very pleasant. Clean environment. Highly recommend!

Definitely not a good experience with Midwest Eye Consultants me & my grandson had a eye appointment June 19th they said they took his eye insurance when I made the appointment , when we arrived for the appointment I was told they didn’t take it so I pay the $96 from the eye exam which lasted all of about 38 seconds. I ordered my glasses June 19th & still have not received them August 28th . And forget about calling there they never ever answer their phones at the Laskey Road location. The eye doctor herself was very nice but the front end people are rude and act like you are definitely bothering them . Definitely don’t recommend!!

Don’t turn a blind eye to the importance of regular check-ups! Dr. Coates and staff are impeccable at their job! Excellent clean office with prompt courteous service featuring an exceptional selection of eyewear. This doctor always makes sure to keep an eye out for her patients!

I have a pair of sunglasses (brand they don’t sell) that I had cracked one of the lenses on. I called and spoke to Cris if he could replace the lenses if I brought them to him. He replaced them while I waited and did not charge me for this service. Highly recommend Cris and Keathley Opticians and know where I and my family will come in the future for our eyeglass needs. The Westgate LensCrafters store was a wonderful experience. I met and spoke with 4 fantastic employees there. I have been wearing glasses for 55 years and learned new facts from Kylie. Kylie's professionalism, knowledge and patience allowed me to feel comfortable and an appreciated customer. Kylie made this senior feel welcome and listened to. I have recommended Kylie to everyone.
