Dr. S. WILKES and team are awesome. They have been very attentive to my care and overall well-being. I have not experienced any issues with this team since my initial treatments since 2022. Keep up the excellent service!

College Park Eye Care is an absolute gem nestled in our neighborhood! Dr. Rogers is incredible—her expertise and reassuring demeanor always put me at ease during my annual eye check-ups. The team's dedication to going above and beyond is evident in every interaction. Not to mention, my glasses from College Park Eye Care are a true favorite! Supporting a local small business that delivers exceptional service makes this place an absolute winner in my book. Five stars all the way!

I love this office. The doctors do a thorough exam. My one complaint is the staff that handles your eyeglass order and tells you your payment balance. There is no reason why everyone in the waiting area needs to hear my insurance coverage and my balance for glasses and contacts. Please re-evaluate confidentiality, it’s super important. Or maybe talking in a lower tone and pointing to computer screen as to itemized amounts/ payments, or showing the patient on form that staff writes on itemized coverage and payments.

They were fantastic! I’ve been searching for an eye clinic for a while that actually takes time with their patients and cares about eye health over selling the next pair of glasses. I’ve found it! Thorough exam, up front about pricing, friendly staff, and loved Dr. Rogers!

I wish I could share 5 stars like everyone else, but the lack of customer service won’t allow me to do so. I was late to my appointment and was looking to reschedule (stuff happens). Somehow, my tardiness caused a smirk on Savannah’s face. After providing my last name which is one letter off from the current president, Savannah tells her coworker that the name that popped up (current president) is her favorite person. Please leave the politics out of this because honestly, it’s a sensitive subject.
To put the icing on the cake, Savannah is checking my insurance. She proceeds to tell me I have the form of a certain vision insurance that’s not accepted at LensCrafters. At this point, I could really care less because I need glasses to see so I was willing to pay out of pocket. I rescheduled my appointment for Thursday and left the store.
Shortly after leaving, I called the West Palm Beach location who had an appointment available sooner. The nice representative I spoke to at the WPB location asked for my insurance and I explained what Savannah previously explained to me. The representative went above and beyond to double check my insurance and told me the insurance that I have IS accepted (wow, what are the odds?). I couldn’t help but be shocked and upset at the same time because of the lack of going the extra step to review the insurance, but I was overly appreciative to the WPB location for doing what Wellington should’ve done which took less than a minute.
I called Wellington to speak with the manager about this (Lori), who offered no apology and just said “I take it you’re canceling your appointment.” Maybe the entire Wellington staff could all benefit from a customer service training course?
I’m not even writing this review as a Karen complaint. I’m writing this review to inform others that their customer service sucks. Majorly. I’ll continue to drive out of my way to other LensCrafters just not to deal with people whose personality is similar to a wet mop.

I see Dr Katz while in Florida for the winters for injections in my right eye which help keep a blockage in check. I think he is a marvelous doctor. I also have a retina doctor in Connecticut where I spend the summers. I think he is also great and would compare Dr Katz to him. I sought out Dr Katz after a disappointing visit to the Bascom-Palmer Eye Institute in Palm Beach Gardens. NO REGRETS WITH DOCTOR KATZ AND HIS STAFF
