Dr. Reiter is extremely rude! I've been there twice and there was no difference. He will talk down to you at every answer you give him about your eye sight, previous experiences, and what you are wearing now if he didn't provide it for you. The front desk is very unprofessional, something I didn't experience the first time I went. Definitely the last time I go there.

Wow. I always ordered glasses & contacts online, but after getting glasses from See U Again, I realized I’ve been missing out! The quality of the products and the service is seriously something I recommend to everyone that’s looking for a new place to get their glasses or contacts. They’re so kind, prices are also kind where they are so so friendly compared to everywhere else. They definitely found a forever customer.

My father have been attempting to have cataract surgery by this location for the past few months. Surgery have been getting canceled several time due to lack if communication by Jaiunna Smith the Surgical Coordinator and our last interaction with her she stated it is not her responsibility to ensure that the techs in the office that she works in sends rx for surgery that she coordinated. They will never get my business again. BEWARE. RUN FROM THIS CLINIC IF YOU HAVE A CHANCE. YOU WILL GO BLIND WAITING ON THEM AND THEIR STAFF WON'T CARE.

Dr. Musgrove and all the staff work wonderfully with patients with special needs. I am so glad we were sent to the office. Highly recommend.

So quick and easy! I went to get lenses put into my frames. They were able to do it in less than 7 minutes! Amazing service and lovely personalities from the associates that assisted me. Life long customer from now on!

Dr. Nguyen's office offers a family like, personal atmosphere where all my questions were answered thoughtfully. It is quite affordable- the doctor and her staff made every effort to save me money when I needed a complicated new pair of glasses and contacts. Also, Dr. Nguyen uses a new technology to view the entire retina without the need to chemically dilate the pupil, allowing me to drive safely and continue with a normal routine the day of examination. I have severe myopia, and have been to many optometrists but she is the only one to explain my eye's function clearly, and the improvement in my vision today is excellent.

The exam was technically thorough and informative but was done without informing me that my Vision Benefits of America insurance wiuld cover none of the cost (and only a portion by Independence Blue Cross). My exam and lenses/ frames were free under VBA. I felt used, betrayed by Dr. Uddoh.

The staff is cordial knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Horning is fantastic and very thorough in his eye exams. I appreciate his input and his skill. The other day he gave me one of the most complete and thorough eye examinations and assessment are I’ve had in a long time.

She was a fine Doctor, I don't have any real complaints about her. Her staff however is the worse I have dealt with. She is only as good as her front line staff. First of all, they are unable to listen to the patient and make a judgement decision.They are condescending and have a lack of empathy. I missed my appointment because I had severed my hand in an accident and had to have emergency surgery. They refused to reschedule the appointment without my paying a $40 fee for missing an appointment. There is no excuse for this poor service. Not only did they refuse to reschedule the appointment without the $40 fee the man that was answering the phone was rude. She needs an overhaul of her front office staff. I don't care how good she is she is only as caring as the person answering the phone.

I only waited a few minutes before being shown to the examination room. The technician was efficient and knowledgeable. Dr Huggins was prompt and thorough. I was on my way home in less than an hour.
