I had the worst experience of my life before my eye surgery. I had to wait three hours for him to get the right equipment. I called his office complaining about my eye hurting and he never responded. He said his girls didn’t give him. The message. It was too late by the time I got to his office, I was blind in one eye. Now I have to live with this for the rest of my life. He told me what was happening to my eye was just a normal I just needed the cataract removed, which was not true at all. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Did not follow up with the last visit and was going to charge me . I have now found out the surgery left me with a film on my eye that should have had laser as there was a wrinkle in the implant . My daughter is a critical care nurse and was with me the Dr. Had been made aware several times before the surgery that I was allergic to the anesthesia and I was crying because the doctor and anesthesiologist were both angry with me because I wouldn’t let them use what I was allergic to . Now I have to go to a different ophthalmologist and pay a co pay and possibly have to pay for laser surgery to correct the problem Doctor Adler created. Karen Perez

Dr. Adler has been my eye doctor for many years! I recently had to have cataract surgery. He is just the best! He is thorough, caring and a very skilled ophthalmologist. HIs staff is wonderful and I highly recommend Adler Eye Institute! I'm truly grateful to Dr. Adler and his staff for taking such good care of me and making sure I had a positive experience, for truth be known, I was a bit nervous about the surgery. I wouldn't trust my sight to just anyone!

For whatever reason, my initial eye exam prescription results did not produce the desired end product when I got my new glasses. When I called Better Vision with my concern, I was met with a caring response, a quick scheduling, and a concentrated effort by Dr. Patel to search out an improvement to my existing script. After a review, another eye exam, he made a finer adjustment to improving a condition, I didn’t convey very well in my first visit. There was no charge for his extra effort to help me achieve the best vision I was capable of. It goes without question, I highly recommend Better Vision and Dr Patel to serve your vision needs. Dr. Miller is amazing! He has so much patience with our kids and their shenanigans every year! We really appreciate him and all of the office staff are great as well! I would give more than 5 stars if it was possible. Thank you!

Great staff. The doctor is kind and listens. He makes sure to address your concerns. They have a decent selection of glasses plus they now take care credit.

Everyone at Bayshore Eye Care was very professional, caring and friendly. Only my second visit but definitely our new eye care specialist team.

Came in for an adjustment. Immediate service, great attitudes, overall wonderful experience. Also, met the young lady that is responsible for the "comedic" sign in front of the office. Thank you for the great work!

This place is awesome. I am so grateful to both Doctors Lawson. They truly care about their patients and I have been a patient for over 25 years. I won’t go anywhere else.

Literally could not be more pleased. Dr. Paquin is over the moon nice and sociable, and he even took extra care to examine my retinas because of my anemia. He's very knowledgeable and upbeat. Brittany was lovely as well, and gave me good advice on my lenses and frames. The entire office was packed, but everyone was relaxed and casual. People were trying on glasses and asking for opinions from strangers, it was fun and quirky. And despite people talking and walking around, the staff handled everything effortlessly. I barely had to wait despite how crowded it was. I was nervous leaving my old eye clinic but I honestly could not be more pleased with what I found!
