Dr Livingston and his staff are caring and professional. I would recommend them to anyone that needs their services.

Absolutely love Maggie and Dr. Lewis. Dr. Lewis is so gentle and friendly. Great personality. Maggie is the best and love working with her. She is so knowledgeable about all the products. Must go and see them!! Christopher and Marianne Snyder.

Maggie is awesome. She did an amazing job and is very caring. My eye exam went well and everyone was so nice.

My experience today was outstanding. Although I didn’t have an appointment, I was kindly greeted by Michelle. Within 15 minutes or less she began the initial tests. Dr. Lewis is the most kind, polite, efficient and friendly optometrist I have met in many years. Following my exam, Portia was extremely helpful in ordering glasses. I could not have asked for any better service than what I received today.

Dr. Lascaibar is very knowledgeable and professional. We’ve been going to his office for many years and we always get excellent customer service from him and his staff. Their office hours are very flexible and they are even opened on Saturdays! I definitely recommend Manatee Optometry to all my family and friends.

Appt at 9:30am. They open at 9. Showed up at 9:20 and they were unlocking the door for one of the 2 employees. That both sat at the front desk and chatted, getting up to take personal calls on their cell phone. At 10:05 am I had to ask if the dr was not there. One girl stated he was running late and should be there in 20 minutes. 50 mins late for his own business. She wouldn't have said a word if I wouldn't have asked. So unprofessional. Do not recommend AT ALL.

Worst place. Front desk needs more training in customer service. Didn’t ask correct insurance questions and when I arrived told me they didn’t take my insurance. No apologies just plane ride and unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sinclair’s since the early 2000s. My mother was a patient too. I love the fact that he takes his time with each patient. I never feel rushed at his office and he always takes the time to answer any questions that I have regarding my eye health.

I had my prescription transferred there from my old eye doctor. I ordered sunglasses and when I got them, I found out that I can not see through them. I took them back and was pretty much told that they can't do anything for me, I have to call it insurance and my old doctor since apparently they have wrong prescription. The worst thing was that the Dr. (!) was extremely rude, argued with me, was very defensive and at the end, did nothing to resolve the problem. I left the $500 sunglasses there and never coming back. Yes, there are still places that don't care about customers/patients. Unbelievable place, keep away!
