When I arrived for my appointment at Dr Climo's office, I was greeted by both of his employees, and signed in as requested. It's a small space, but we made do. I observed 2 other patients at the same time and how they were being treated with kindness and care. I observed the technician constantly cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces where any contact was made before and after each patient's turn with the equipment. When my turn with Dr Climo came in a private room, he used the same cleaning procedures on the equipment. This was the most thorough vision test that I can remember. The Dr was patient and did not rush the procedure. He explained everything as we went, and made sure I understood what he was doing and the expected results. I now have my new glasses provided by the Costco Optical center, and I could not be more satisfied.

Great experience from beginning to end. I had not been to the eye doctor in awhile and was a little nervous. However, a very kind lady answered the phone and was extremely nice and was able to snag me an appointment for the next day. The doctors assistant was very nice and knowledgable. All the equipment was very well kept, modern, and clean! The doctor was super friendly and honest! It was the first eye doctor I’ve had that took his time explaining things and allowed me to ask questions. I feel confident that the eye examine I received was done properly and accurately. I highly recommend this eye doctor and plan on returning myself. Thank you!

Without a doubt, the best care and service I have ever received. Finally, a doctor who took the time to figure out my issues, and corrections needed. Very thorough and very detailed. Great experience and outstanding results. I can see properly again!

Dr Allarakhia has taken care of my family for years. He’s always gentle, explains things, and thorough. He’s even come in the office on a weekend when we needed him. We love Dr. Allarakhia.

The ladies who work in this office are so pleasant and helpful. It's a lovely new office and easy to access. The doctor is pleasant and takes time to answer questions, even in his busyness. I always go to Dr Prince. He's a fine eye doctor.

The receptionist Lonnie is very respectful and pleasant. Doctor Prince is very detailed and takes an interest in his patients. Thank you Dr Prince and staff.

The office has moved to a new location in Bradenton. Very lovely state of the art. Dr. Prince and Lonnie are a great team. They do not overbook. You receive plenty of quality time with both. Very thorough exam. A welcome annual visit.

I had the worst experience of my life before my eye surgery. I had to wait three hours for him to get the right equipment. I called his office complaining about my eye hurting and he never responded. He said his girls didn’t give him. The message. It was too late by the time I got to his office, I was blind in one eye. Now I have to live with this for the rest of my life. He told me what was happening to my eye was just a normal I just needed the cataract removed, which was not true at all. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Did not follow up with the last visit and was going to charge me . I have now found out the surgery left me with a film on my eye that should have had laser as there was a wrinkle in the implant . My daughter is a critical care nurse and was with me the Dr. Had been made aware several times before the surgery that I was allergic to the anesthesia and I was crying because the doctor and anesthesiologist were both angry with me because I wouldn’t let them use what I was allergic to . Now I have to go to a different ophthalmologist and pay a co pay and possibly have to pay for laser surgery to correct the problem Doctor Adler created. Karen Perez

Dr. Adler has been my eye doctor for many years! I recently had to have cataract surgery. He is just the best! He is thorough, caring and a very skilled ophthalmologist. HIs staff is wonderful and I highly recommend Adler Eye Institute! I'm truly grateful to Dr. Adler and his staff for taking such good care of me and making sure I had a positive experience, for truth be known, I was a bit nervous about the surgery. I wouldn't trust my sight to just anyone!

For whatever reason, my initial eye exam prescription results did not produce the desired end product when I got my new glasses. When I called Better Vision with my concern, I was met with a caring response, a quick scheduling, and a concentrated effort by Dr. Patel to search out an improvement to my existing script. After a review, another eye exam, he made a finer adjustment to improving a condition, I didn’t convey very well in my first visit. There was no charge for his extra effort to help me achieve the best vision I was capable of. It goes without question, I highly recommend Better Vision and Dr Patel to serve your vision needs.
