Dr. Cai is efficient, professional, and very nice to deal with. He performed a thorough exam, with the most up-to-date equipment, and he worked to keep the cost of services down. A great find!

WOW. This some of the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Brought my 8 & 6 year old here & I cannot recommend enough, staff is amazing with children & made us all feel very comfortable. Entire office just has a warm feeling to it. Will definitely be bringing them back & making future appointments for myself & husband here.

I don't know about the doctor but the people working for him. They're not supposed to be in a medical field . if the people answer the phone like that wonderin who do the hiring .. good luck, doc, you have a great staff. ....Not. ..

John Perkins is a great optician. He’s personable and empathetic and gives good advice when asked.

Always have good service when I go to this optometric office in Palm Harbor. Always patient and listens to my concerns. I did have an appointment with the optometrist Dr K a couple weeks ago and he spent so much time with me answering all of my questions. Very good visit..their call system is a bit challenging..but did get through after several calls.
