I work at a day school for children with ASD. A student snatched my glasses and damaged them good. I thought they were beyond repair. Guy repaired my frames and replaced my lenses for just 70 bucks. Good work, speedy work, and affordable.

Dr. Brian Fechter is an excellent doctor and has taken good care of my eyes for years. I can see today because of my cataract surgery. If you need someone who cares about your vision, Dr. Fechter is the one to see.

Dr Dan and his team do an amazing job taking care of you and your vision needs. I highly recommend them, you will not just find a new place for your eye care needs but you will also find an amazing team who will treat you like family!

Staff is extremely professional and great! I’ve only used Dr.Haffner but he’s a very calm and soothing doctor but also very thorough. I’ve had a lot of eye doctors so that says a lot. Everyone makes you laugh and makes the mood light when walking into the office! Overall I’ve had nothing but a great experience with every employee inside that office!! Highly recommend New England retina!

The front desk was very efficient and pleasant. The optometrist is wonderful. The problem arises when you are expected to receive your prescription eyeglasses. They are never done when they are promised to you. Very unprofessional in actually receiving the glasses!!

I came in for a regular eye exam and Berkeley really made me feel welcomed. They saw me super quickly and helped me get out of here fast. The staff is so kind and helpful. Dr. Palumbo is the best eye doctor, very thorough. Glenda helped me with my contacts and gave me a few samples to try out which I greatly appreciate. And Diamond made me feel very comfortable and was super nice. Overall this is the best eye doctor in town. Always very impressed.

Had follow up vision appointment with Dr. Lichtenberg today after my cataract surgery last fall. Everyone is so kind and friendly here. I appreciate how thorough Dr. Lichtenberg is and how she can take technical eye terms and explain them perfectly to me. I’ve been a patient here for several years. I highly recommend this practice.
