This is very literally the best eye doctor experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been seeing eye doctors for the past 15 years. From the front staff to the Dr I saw, Dr. Dunn, the experience was 5 stars all across the board. Straightforward, thorough, personable, low pressure and efficient - doesn’t get better. And I very rarely write reviews but this one deserves all of them. Wish there were more practices like this that care just as much about your satisfaction as they care about your money. Thank you guys!

Fred has been very patient and did an excellent job while I'm trying to choose which eye glasses frame will best fit me. Dr. Dunn also was very good in explaining everything in detail how my eye exam went. I highly recommend this place for all your eye glasses needs.

It is unreasonable to expect your clients to budget 1.5 hours for an appointment. It is even more unreasonable to not inform your clients you are running more than an hour behind upon arrival. This location does not care about your time which is a shame because Dr Teser is great.

After an eye exam, the office would not share my contact lens solution for my usual brand until I had tried a new brand. When the new brand didn't work out, I went back to the old brand, only to discover the prescription was wrong. I was out about $400 for the contacts and eye exam, and when I approached the office about my issues, they offered no reimbursement -- only a second eye exam that would come out of pocket.

I've been going to Dr Snively for a long time. In 1999, he recommended Lasik with a Lasik specialist and I've been 20/20 since the procedure. I always get very personalized service with state of the art equipment on my annual follow-ups. … More

My little son needed new frame and I wanted a specific brand for kids, the staff there with patient and high service standard take care of our needs and order more models for my son to choose his new frame..at the end my son said, "mami I like this place"...if son is happy mom is Super happy. Thank you!!!

I have been going to Dr Chun for several months now. So far the treatment by him and his staff has been very professional, and I would recommend him to others.

Just completed my follow-ups after my double cataract surgery, with the advanced lenses. Life changing experience as I ditched my contact lenses for the first time in over 40 years! Seeing 20/20 - 20/25 . (I was a 20/200+ for many decades)Really appreciated Dr. Chun and staff's expertise, care and courtesy. The best ophthalmologist in town!

Dr Mayer was a professional and personable ophthalmologist. He communicates well, explains options after discussing what is possible. His office and the surgery center were so supportive and professional. Great staff and excellent facilities. I had a very high prescription and had worn glasses since I was 8. He removed my cataracts and inserted lenses using laser technology. I am so pleased with 20/20 vision and using drugstore reading glasses.

My mother had an appointment this morning and I went there with her to interpret. I was a bit nervous because I needed to act between my mother and nurses/doctors. But everyone was so nice that the experienced ended up very pleasant and even relaxing. Special call out on: Abena: she was very efficient and did everything quickly. Responded to my question and typed my answers in an efficient manner. My interaction with her took almost no efforts. I was amazed how easy she made it. The Asian lady who performed the test on my mother: very nice and kind. Made my mother very comfortable even though her English was limited. Super patient in our questions. Wonderful experience. Dr. Fischer: very knowledgeable and experienced. She's also nice, and very welcoming. I believe she got the right answer we were seeking. One last thing: I didn’t enjoy the check in process with the machine. It was hard to use, and I didn’t find it welcoming by being told everyone “must” use the tablet to check in. But we got a friendly receptionist’s help, which was nice.
