Good location and easy to park. Efficient front desk process and friendly staff. The tech who did my intake and initial exams was excellent. And Dr. Madravadi was outstanding in all aspects: professional, engaging, very knowledgeable and excellent at explaining my eye condition and subsequent plans.

I've been going to metro eyes for 15+ years - I prefer this office over the mainstream chain eye offices. I prefer the personal interaction and quality of care over anything else. Yes it is expensive depending what your concern is- but again quality of care is evident and the team is caring. Sadly the health field across the board is dwindling when it comes to patient care but this office shows they are above others in patient experience and professionalism. I just had another medical eye exam and purchased my favorite silhouettes that is hard to get at other offices. I highly recommend this office.

Doctor was nice and did a good job. But do NOT buy glasses from them. Just ask them for the prescription and buy them online. You will be paying 3-4x the amount for glasses here. Do NOT believe them when they say you have good insurance. They make it seem like you are getting a good offer, but you are not.

Everyone at Metro Eyes—from the front desk to the technicians and the doctors—were all very helpful in addressing my eye health concerns and finding the perfect frame to fit my face. If you’re also like me that always needs an adjustment to your glasses frame (bc you know life happens), Mott is the person for you! He is always welcoming, and he adjusts my glasses perfectly.

Dr. Morin was excellent. I highly recommend her because of her professionalism and honest advise. Admin staff was helpful and accommodative setting my appointment. I will recommend her to friends and family. Thank you, Dr. Morin!

I felt uncomfortable during my visit. Dr. Hughes was giving me care instructions for my eye and socket but he was extremely rude and unempathetic to my needs and emotions. Every patient is not the same and the trauma that may accompany some patients should be taken into consideration. He was more concerned with the medical and brushed off my anxiety amd fear. I decided to go with a different prosthetic eye doctor in VIRGINIA and not only got the eye the same day but I received better care and attitude towards my ptsd and trauma.

I would love to say that Neill Hughes did an amazing job on my eye. He matched my color perfectly and his work was impeccable!! The confidence that good work restores in you can’t be put into words and that’s what he did!! Highly, highly recommend!!

The optometrist Dr. Emani is great. However, the front office staff are disorganized and dishonest. Garrett helped me select my glasses and presented options that were covered under my insurance. After paying for some items that were not covered at the time of purchase Myeyedr preceded to bill me for additional items months later. After calling the office to explain to me why I was being charged more no one called back. Myeyedr insisted I pay for the additional items. The allowances by the insurance were written out clearly when I purchased the glasses and Garrett reassured me that there would be no additional charges. I believe they purposely sold me glasses that were beyond my allowances knowing they would bill me later for more.
