Beautiful office! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The visit was quick, easy, and pleasant. I would definitely come back and would recommend anyone looking for great service to come check it out!

My glasses broke, and for a small fee, Christina at the front desk was able to transfer my lenses into a new pair of frames extremely quickly! Great customer service, will definitely return in the future.

The staff and service was very professional and efficient. Clean beautiful office and state of the art office equipment. Dr Morello explained clearly. He was easy to speak to. Deanna took my thru a series of exams, was very friendly and professional. All in all, I recommend to anyone seeking very good eye care. A big thank you!

I have been going to Tayani Eye Institute for several years and I highly recommend this place. Dr Tran is amazing, she is very knowledgeable! She always spends time to answer my questions and explain everything very clearly!

Acuity eye group:… If you can get someone to answer the phone (it’s unusual) and leave a message, no one will call back….as a routine… even telling the office staff about such neglect face to face in an appointment, they will acknowledge it is a problem; this has been ongoing for six months, with no improvement. Currently, after three messages in 10 days…I am waiting TO LEARN after 5 weeks when I might pick up my glasses, or when the prescription will be completed. This is the third time since January for filling these glasses for an exam that did not match my correction. And now it is FIVE weeks after being examined and paying for the prescription. I hope you have better luck. This has been my experience.

The excellent exam, good attention, however the delivery time is very poor

I was very pleased with my visit today at Shammas Eye Medical office, all the employees were very attentive, my Dr. was very informative, l was in and out before I knew it.Looking forward to my next visit.Happy Holidays and NEW YEARS

EXCELLENT customer service! Very patient. Community minded. I felt very welcomed when I went in and was helped!

I was scheduled with Dr Haft, waited over 1 hour to see him. Another staff member performed the eye exam in the interim. The Dr rushed in, spent maybe 15 minutes with me and told me he doesn’t handle the type of eye concern I came in for. He even mentioned schedulers often times schedule patients incorrectly! He did say the office would provide a referral to an oculoplastic Dr since he was an ophthalmologist and not skilled in the type of eye concern I came in for. Nobody from the office followed up. They did however call to say I had a balance when I paid my copay at the time of visit. I was charged $85 for basically nothing. The office felt hectic & crowded. If you’re looking for a doctor that will listen to your concerns and not hop from door to door you might want to consider going elsewhere. I wish I knew this before as I wasted time and money…..

Everyone there were genuine. No wasting one's time and pushing to sell items. The optometrist kept me script the same, I myself decided I needed new lenses because they are about 4-5 yrs old and don't darken anymore and UV protection is worn out. I was not pushed into buying frames also. I kept mine.

My mother surgery was a success and the Dr is nice, but they are entirely slow! If you have an appt be prepared to be there for 2 hrs! You can have an appt at 8am and be the 1st person to check in and you still will damn near be there for 2 hrs or more! One time the Dr didn't arrive until 1 hr after we were waiting and my mother had an 8 o'clock appt. So basically he didn't walk into the office until almost 9;30 and that is ridiculous!. Bottom line be prepared to be there for a long time
