I've been going to this clinic for years. Dr. Vue is very professional and helpful, he goes above and beyond to make it right by adjusting my RX to make sure I have a clear vision. The staff is friendly and courteous. The clinic offers a wide variety of frames for both adults and children. Thank you for listening to the patient!

Dr. Brisco no longer works here. She was the best and I had been taking my children here since they were a kid. I would have been incline to give the new Doctor a chance but when I first arrived the tall male with dreads was very rude and on his phone watching fights with a very rude attitude. GO ELSEWHERE don't waste your time. There are better places with more hospitality.

I went in to this location to do my annual exam and the consultation was fine. I was recommended to do the contacts rather than glasses. The Dr was kind enough to let me bring the contacts home and test them out. Unfortunately, they didn't work out. so when I returned to my appt a week later I was advised that my eyes would be dilated. I came prepared sunglasses and all, and when I told the Dr I just want to get the glasses and get prescription, Dr just send me out on my way. she didn't dilate my pupils didn't want to check them bc I would not buy frames from her location. This is the first time a Dr would not check my eyes or refuse service bc I would not purchase from them. It's rather unprofessional and not to mention the rude attitude her staff gave me. I have decided to not ever come back or recommended them to anyone.

I took my exam today and was very well received by Jaliyah Guidry, who guided me from the beginning to the end of the process with complete attention. I am very grateful for the doctor's care as well and we will definitely come back as many times as necessary. 😊 …

I’ve been going to Richardson I associates for years and I have always thought Dr. Krauss was the best ever. Since he is retired, I have seen Dr. Harris and Dr. Miller and I have been more than pleased! The office is very professionally run and my eyes are in very good hands. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Absolutely the best place to go in Jackson metro. They are awesome! Especially when You have insurance. Didn’t get my calvin Klein’s this time. But my banana republics are JAM. The eye docs are great as well. I just wanted a prescription. Everyone there is awesome.

Dr. Watson and staff are the best!! Friendly and knowledgeable, they'll help you from exam to frame and lens selection. They never rush you or upsell, just list options. I trusted my eyes to Dr. Watson and had LASIK done almost 10 years ago. At the time the procedure made my vision better than 20-20 and it's still excellent. Support this small business!

Dr. Kuenning is an AMAZING doctor. She has been my eye doctor for years and years. She is caring, compassionate, genuine, thorough, and so knowledgeable! I just got the opportunity to visit this location for the first time (her own office – YAY!). The office is gorgeous and has beautiful cutting-edge technology. I was also fortunate to meet one of her staff members, Lexi. Lexi is also WONDERFUL! She is extremely helpful, friendly, and her customer service skills are above and beyond! If you need an eye appointment, call Dr. Kuenning. You will love the experience and look forward to your annual eye exam!

Sandra made our day! My husband came in February for his annual eye exam but didn’t get his usual eyeglass done because the cost was way too overpriced than usual as we had VSP. I made sure he came with me as I was scheduled for my annual exam and I needed new glasses. He was ready to take me with him to Costco for our prescription glasses but it was great that Sandra took care of our needs and used our VSP plan for both of us and not the discounted program for him. He was pleased and I was relieved. I also wanted to give a shout out to Nikki. She was the optometric tech that took me in. She’s very good at what she does and she’s very compassionate. I enjoyed talking to her. I left the office feeling good and topped all that after my most awaited visit with Dr. Nanasy. It was a beautiful morning!
