I am so grateful for Dr Helm helping me to see again. I am 54 yrs old and developed cataracts in both eyes that really altered my vision. Dr. Helm Lasered my cataracts and the healing was quick and painless. I did develop some clouding in my eye’s with healing which the YAG surgery cleared up. My left eye was a bit more difficult and required Lasik. My vision is now 20/20 and I can see clear both day-light and night-time and only need reading glasses. I trust Dr. Helm, his knowledge, expertise and top notch equipment are all amazing. He treated me like family, put me at ease and helped me to see again. So just recently, I went to Advanced Eye Care Center in Port St Lucie. I had a wonderful time the staff there was great. They took very well care of me even though it's been about 2 or 3 years since I've gotten my eyes checked they didn't make me feel bad about it. I just want to say that Tiffany and Lucia took the time to help me pick out the best pair of glasses and told me the truth if something didn't look right and made me feel better about wearing glasses. I just want to say they did a wonderful job.

Have had positive experience at Price Vision Group. Dr. Feng is an excellent doctor. Everyone associated with my eye surgery was warm, caring and knowledgeable. They work with any existing problems you have. I recommend this fine doctor to everyone. What a great experience!

I really liked Dr. Elder (she came highly recommended by my viteroretinal surgeon) but after having gone to the practice twice for exams and contacts, I left feeling like I was at a used car lot trying to sort out the best price their products. It's almost like there were two offices in one. The doctor who was professional and respectful and the front staff trained to extract as much as they could from your wallet. Maybe, it's just the way the chain trains its front employees, I don't know. I wish others who go there, well, but I won't be back.

Arrived on time for a 12:30 PM appointment. At 1:18 PM, I was still standing at the front counter trying to check in. Nearly 50 minutes were spent with “Taina” attempting check-in due to an “insurance system issue,” followed by failed verification attempts and multiple handoffs to office manager “Heather”—with no resolution. Despite being unable to confirm my copay or deductible, they pushed for upfront payment because of their internal insurance system outage. That is not standard practice. The front counter and waiting area were disorganized, unclear billing logic, and zero respect for scheduled appointment time. Dr. Howard Kushnick was present but disengaged from the breakdown occurring at the front desk, while basic patient intake remained completely unresolved. At that point, I requested my insurance and credit card back and left without being seen. The recurring themes in other reviews here—extended delays, administrative inefficiency, and payment-first aggressiveness—were directly experienced. If you read the other reviews — believe them. I can confirm. Patients should be aware: expect significant delays, unclear billing practices, and a process that does not reflect a well-managed clinical environment.

Clear Vision has been the Best with all the eye glass needs of my family! They treat everyone like family but at the same time are very professional.

Dr Martin did a great job with my difficult prescription. After numerous visits we got it right. It is important to note that you should wait at least 1 month or more after cataract surgery because your eye changes over the recovery period. This is amplified if you have had Lasix or prehistoric RK surgery.

Dr. Vail takes her time during eye exams, is thorough, and answers any questions presented to her in detail. You don't feel like she has one foot out the door like we do with so many other doctors these days.

I have been Dr Lori Tran patient for over 2 years now. She is very attentive, knowledgeable and professional. She explains my eyes health in full details and also recommend ways to improve my vision care. The location is convenient, clean & the staff is friendly and courteous. I would strongly recommend Summit Eye Care. Thumbs up for Dr Lori & Her staff!!

If zero stars were an option that’s what you’d get. Confirmed appointment with Abby for 11:15am written on three different calendars at home AND in my phones calendar. Drove from Westfield to S Keystone all to be told my appointment was at 1:15pm. WHAT?!? Wouldn’t fit me. Supervisor Carissa REFUSED to show her face and speak with me. Didn’t care to acknowledge that I wasted my time, energy, gasoline and was a neuro patient with a VP shunt that NEEDED this eye exam. Oh, and once I was rightfully irritated your receptionist was rolling her eyes and throwing patient folders down at the lobby desk. So unprofessional. I will never recommend you.

Fantastic doctor. Very knowledgeable and kind. You can tell he cares greatly for his patients and provides the best care! Up to date on all of the current and cutting edge technology too! Staff was very kind and respectful too. Highly recommend this doctor.
