Wonderful experience So many options to pick from. I was lucky to have the owner help me didn't take long. And got my glasses in 6 days. Definitely a place to visit when looking for new eyewear

This by far was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had while shopping for glasses. I have been wearing glasses since I was 4 and the sales associate Nadya really made shopping for glasses easy. I explain what I wanted and she was able to capture everything I needed in my eyewear by simply just listening. She also went over all the many lens options that was available and took time to help me understand them all. I can’t wait to get my new eyewear. I really appreciate the hard work and time that was put into my order. Thank you. I’ve never had such a wonderful experience like this before. Definitely will be bringing my family back to this location EVERY YEAR. thank you Nadya for helping me !

This Willow Grove location has very kind and professional emplyees that made me feel very comfortable and confident to get my glasses fixed. Lexi took care of me, and she was very knowlegeable and kind, and she got my glasses fixed in just couple minutes! Would definitely recomment this place to anyone who’s looking to get their glasses fixed or purchase a new one!

Dr. Uddoh was easily one of the worst Doctors l have ever visited. Silly me, I wanted to give her a chance despite her bad reviews. The receptionist was rude and was also handling the eye X-rays, which she struggled with and didn’t know what she was doing. Dr. Uddoh did not want to explain anything and seemed like she was irritated when I asked her any questions about my eyes. I asked her multiple questions on several occasions and she just gave vague or incomplete responses. Patients are going to have questions for doctors and if the doctor does not want to answer them, they may want to choose another profession. Also, Dr. Uddoh speaks with a very thick accent and also speaks above a whisper. With this combination, it made it very difficult to understand anything that she was saying. I asked her to repeat herself or speak louder on several occasions and she was clearly offended by this request. Being able to communicate critical health information to patients clearly and effectively is an important part of being a doctor and Dr. Uddoh was not able to successfully do this. Don’t waste your time with Dr. Uddoh!

The most thorough eye exam I have ever received out of all prior eye doctors.. Dr. Uddoh utilized more technology than my previous doctors

Waited over an hour for my appointment in a dirty and dark office. They had me pay before getting seen or else I would've left after 45 minutes. The Dr. didn't wear gloves which made me uncomfortable. The Dr. dilated my eyes and didn't tell me that's what she was doing, she just said "eye drops". One of the assistants was friendly and explained what she was doing during the tests, but the other would only say "sit here, wait, follow me" and did not explain anything. I was not given an explanation of anything that was going on or what they would be doing during the appointment. Thank you to the woman that was working, I didn't get her name, but everything else about this visit was very uncomfortable. I was there for 2 hours.

Great experience, walks you through what he is doing and got the glasses i wanted. Overall very pleasant and fast appointments.

Is he still in business? I bought glasses from there and need repaired. I called several times and his place is closed. He is a great doctor.

I rarely write reviews on Google but my experience today really left me angry! Context: They were our family eye doctor basically my entire childhood, but I stopped seeing them regularly when I graduated college. My parents, though, still go to them (probably not after today) and have provided them many many years of patronage. Experience: Recently my lenses broke and I called them to get my prescription for my new eye doctor (I no longer live in PA.) They told me they had "no obligation" to send me my own medical records--meaning they could but didn't feel like it-- because the records were old. I told the gentleman on the phone that I understood the records were outdated but my new eye doctor would like to have them. I was told my family could in theory come get them for me but they would need an appointment and he very gleefully added that they will be closing quickly so such an appointment would be impossible. He hung up the phone before I could ask about the frames I got last time. He was very aggressive on the phone; not sure what was so insulting about a high school teacher trying to fix his lenses so he can read the board, but I guess he found that profoundly upsetting in some way. This really was a nasty and totally unnecessary exchange with a family who has been with you guys for many years (even when your practice moved locations!)
