LensCrafters at Mentor Mall was a very positive experience. Felicia helped me pick out frames and was so pleasant to work with. Kevin adjusted the stem perfectly and clearly understood where to correct the stem problem. He also helped me understand the different Transition lenses and yet did not try to talk me into anything. Great service at LensCrafters Mentor Mall location.

Great facility and staff. Modern equipment. Listened to all my questions and gave good answers. Prices on frames are good. Lenses upgrades also decently priced. Thankfully I have insurance that pained most of costs. Love there warranty

I had a great experience there as I recently picked out my first pair of glasses from Sam’s. Ginger helped me pick my frames and proper lenses. She has a great depth of experience working in optometry departments at University Hospitals and private practice. She’s very personable, upbeat, and knowledgeable. My EyeMed insurance was not accepted there, but Ginger gave me the paperwork as well as the receipt copy so I could get my maximum reimbursement. I wear progressive bifocals and thought the price was excellent—about $200 less than the last pair of progressives I bought in a store—and it’s tough to beat Sam’s satisfaction guarantee. I can return the glasses within a year for a whole different pair if I’m not completely satisfied.

I went to the ophthalmologist at Sams club because i had been before in the past .I was given the exam results. I had to join Sams club and pay $100 to get a discount glasses so i opted to go to lenscrafters. Lenscrafters made them with the Sams prescription but the prescription was all wrong . So i went back to Sams and got retested and took the revised eye exam prescription back to lenscrafters who thought it was still wrong but made the lenses again .When they were made a second time they were still wrong??? Really how im self employed i manage to do my job properly and dont have time for all this nonsense.I paid another ophthalmologist at lenscrafters another fee to get it right and he said he can see its all wrong . I will never see my way back to Sams club for an eye exam or glasses.

Got in within one week. Doctor did a through job and exam. Glasses were a reasonable price!

Great customer service. Polite, courteous and timely assistance. Gary at Mentor Lenscrafters store was so helpful. He identified my insurance coverage quickly and effectively. So much so that I placed my order, was informed of everything I needed to know, was helpful in making the best decision on my purchase. I placed my order yesterday received my glasses this afternoon and ordered my sunglasses today with him. I can’t wait for those to come in and I know it will be only a brief wait. I highly recommend this store and this representative and give 5 +⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had lost my glasses and needed to replace them. Gary was so helpful! The "stars aligned" and he was able to have them ready for me in under an hour!!!

I have purchased a pair of glasses here in the past, a fact I did not share that when I went into the store. I had a pair of colorblind corrective lenses that needed a screw for the frames. Gary provided fantastic service by fixing the frame with a new screw at no charge, and all without knowing that I had been a previous customer. As far as he was concerned, he was just doing a good deed for a guy coming in. Fantastic work, and I’ll be coming back to get a new set of frames in the near future!

Not a good place for employment high turnover smh.
