Soooo Larissa is AMAZING!!! She is great at her job. I am SUPER indecisive. She was patient and extremely helpful. She was great at selecting frames that fit my face. I'm excited and counting down the days to go back and pick up my glasses. Dr. Kwick was also great. He answered my questions and explained everything. He corrected my prescription. This place has great customer service, I'd highly recommend.

I've been coming here forever. The doctor listens and explains evry step of what is going on with your eyes and why you need a certain prescription. Larisa helped me today and was great with helping select frames that fit my face and also patient with me trying different brands on. Everyone here is always helpful and friendly, which is why I have been coming here for honestly abt 15 years.

Recently I had to get some new glasses after neglecting my eyes during the pandemic. I received a thorough exam and assistance picking out some frames that accentuated my look in a very complimentary manor. Shout out to Larisa for the cool customer service! Colin

One of the most unprofessional dr and this place . I have been living in New York since 2006 I never seen this type of unprofessional place anywhere in New York City.

Overcrowded long wait times. Was told had to wait at least an1hr and showed up on time. They time management or specify they are a senior citizen office where u will sit for your whole day. Should looked at the reviews first. This is recommended for anyone who has nothing to do with their day

Dr. A. Risko is exceptional and very helpful. She performed a very thorough exam and answered all my questions. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. I had an great experience and will return every year. I highly recommend Dr. Risko and this location. Superb professional eye care and customer service!.

Their patience in helping you pick the right frames that best suite your facial structure was paramount! They did not coerce me to get my frames from them. They would even recommend you visiting another vendor of eye glasses if they did not take yours insurance. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service of Agape Vision in Queens Village!!

I had a very good experience. The place is clean, the equipment modern and the staff very friendly and helpful. Doctor was very knowledgeable and personable and took the time to answer my questions. They don't have a wide variety of frames, but enough for someone to choose from.
