Dr. Johnson took care of my needs and answered all of my queries. The staff were nice and friendly too.

The ladies are very courteous (especially Evelyn) and the service is outstanding. I received my glasses in a timely manner in which it was highly appreciated. I do not like the idea of waiting weeks for my glasses but at Lens Lab Express, I received them within a week. I highly recommend LLE to my friends and family. They do a great job and for that I thank you.

I bought three pairs of glasses here and they were perfect! I got them back in about a week and had no problems! The staff was very helpful in making their recommendations and were very knowledgeable. I brought in a pair of old glasses and they put my distance prescription in them for free. Great deal! Go there., they won’t disappoint.

Terrible experience I got my glasses a few months ago. I paid for my prescriptions and eyeglasses. I called in to have them email me or through the phone I was told I had come in person. Isn’t a doctor visit there’s so many platforms now such as Telehealth if I wanted to request for one. Something so simple as an email or being told my prescription through the phone I am being told I have to come in person. It’s unethical and unprofessional on their part no optical store near the area or anywhere I have been too have ever told me such bizarre thing. What I do with my prescription or not isn’t their problem. I am pregnant and working a 9-5pm I can’t come in to the store.

I have always loved the attention and delicacy with which they treat clients. All my glasses are from La Optica. The selection of vintage lenses is my favorite. The attention to every detail I receive from entering to getting my glasses.

The lady who helped me has many mistakes in customer service. He asked me several reckless questions that I had to answer with something funny. I told him that the specialist did not test me for glaucoma. And she assured that she did it with her fingers touching around the eyes. (seen open) And the specialist without respect for the client too...

Dr. Dauhajre is a wonderful caring individual. She is a great professional and I highly recommend her services and the team that works with her. She is one of the most caring and supportive doctors I have encountered. I have had the best care and attention in her very qualified and experienced hands.

Appointment for 9:00 a.m. There is one doctor, and 4-5 people with appointments at the same time. I was finally seen by an assistant at 9:45, and saw the doctor at 10:00. Each interaction was brief. The doctor was nice but was obviously rushed. Other than that, the experience was fine.
