I recently purchased my first eye glasses this week and had a sensational experience at Optical Heights. From start to finish, the visit was exceptional from welcoming staff, professional eye exam and a great selection of glasses. An easy 5 star review from me.

I finally decided to treat myself to a very good pair of glasses and was referred to Optical Heights by a friend. Diane and her team took excellent care of me and I absolutely love my new glasses! She put me in a pair of Stark Gravity Evo glasses and they are by far the most comfortable pair I have ever had. I can be a bit hard on my glasses and these are up to the challenge and always stay perfectly in shape. I needed lens with a prism to correct an eye turn and she was able to have the prism thinned down to the point where it is hardly noticeable. If you are ready for a good pair of glasses that you will love you should definitely check them out.

I've been a customer of Optical Heights for over 20 years and the attention to detail and the service I've received from everyone there has always been excellent. They know their business and have a wide selection of glasses to choose from. The finished product with prescription glasses is always great. They want their customers to be happy and this one is. My husband and I both had the SMILE LASIK eye surgery on the same day and it's been truly a blessing. Manhatten Lasik Center Roslyn staff and doctors are amazing. They definitely made us feel comfortable and answered the many questions we had about the procedure. They're very thorough and triple/ quadruple check everything to make sure no errors were made. Dr. Buchsbaum was very knowledgeable, kind and talked me through the procedure while it was being done. At our two week check up I had 20/20 Vision and my husband 20/15. Highly recommend and worth every penny that was spent.
