Took my daughter in for a contact/glasses eye exam. This was her first time for contacts. The doctor did a thorough exam and was nice. Kelli Akexander the optical manager was very patient/helpful/honest and I would add funny. She really went above and beyond her job teaching my daughter how to properly use contacts. She was not gonna give up until my daughter could get them in and out. She definitely had extreme patience.

My husband and I both had a great experience purchasing glasses here today. John was patient, kind and helpful. He was informative without being pushy, and he was understanding when I changed my mind more than once. We had several pairs of glasses all ready the same day! The experience was much better than our previous at America's Best. We will be back.

I came in close to close without an appointment needing an adjustment made to a pair of Warby Parker I had recently purchased online. I've never been to an Eyeglass World, but John was incredibly friendly and quickly made the adjustments I needed.

Bought 2 pairs of glasses from there 4 months ago for $275 Both fell apart already. I went in to talk to someone about It and got some rude guy they told me I would have to buy 2 new frames and that they would not fix my glasses that I just bought . I've been going here now for the past 10 years and will NOT EVER go back

I had a great experience with doctors and staff at Adelson LASIK. I can see 20/15 two days later on my post check. Highly recommend anyone needed eyes lasik!

After nearly a year, my eyes are still blurry and my vision doubles. Dr. Todd always argued that it was not the fault of the LASIK . My eyes are dry burning and very sensitive. This place is not reliable, it is especially impossible to drive at night because of blurred and double visibility. Work with your heart. The patient's eyes are very important . Many cases are very similar to mine. If I had received these reviews earlier, I would not have made the wrong choice by coming here. I'm worried about my eyes

I have been a patient of Northville Vision Clinic for many years and they are truly wonderful. The staff in front is very professional and they always take very good care of me. The wait time to see Dr. Levin is not long at all and he is thorough as well as kind. The examination he gives makes me feel like he is taking great care of me and I feel comfortable with his diagnosis. I would highly recommend this Optometrist. The selection of frames is outstanding and the assistants are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to choosing frames.

I visited Urban Optiques for the first time recently. I was blown away by the aura as soon as I walked into the door. There is a very welcoming and friendly feeling in the air and wasn't all "uppity" like some places can be. I got excellent service like I was the only client there. Dr. Michelle was friendly and made me feel relaxed so I felt good about asking questions and got thorough answers every time. I got my glasses in very quick and when I went to pick them up, I met new women who work there and the treatment was the same. Thank you to Dr. Michelle and all the ladies of Urban Optiques, I won't be going anywhere else for my eye needs and neither will my family and friends!

Dr. Diegel and his technician, Lea, took great care of me. The doc was extra vigilant given my family history of retinal detachment. Lea was very thoughtful, had great glasses rec's, and improved my 'cool factor' by a few points! Overall, this was a great client experience!
