Dr. Diegel and his technician, Lea, took great care of me. The doc was extra vigilant given my family history of retinal detachment. Lea was very thoughtful, had great glasses rec's, and improved my 'cool factor' by a few points! Overall, this was a great client experience!

Dr. Zuckerman is very personable & patient. He explains things as he goes.

After bringing my father to Dr. Zuckerman for many years, I began to see him even though it meant traveling nearly 60 miles from home. The doctor treated my father with respect and performed cataract surgery on both eyes, always commented on as appearing excellent by my dad's other eye doctor who treated his macular degeneration. I feel confident and comfortable under Dr. Zuckerman's care.

Actually this is Mrs. Steven Faine (Karen). I have been going to this office for almost 40 years. Dr. Zuckerman has always been an excellent knowledgeable physician who will take the time to answer any questions I might have. The office staff is friendly, courteous and professional. However I was disappointed to learn that in the future I will not be able to buy my glasses at the office. I have come to rely on Sue’s expertise and fashion sense to help me choose the frames that will best flatter my face and hairstyle. Don’t know what I’ll do without her! 🥸

Staff were professional and friendly. Very efficient. April helped me choose frames. Glasses were ready as promised. I treated myself to prescription sunglasses because of the 1/2 off special. I am so happy with the SVS experience and my new glasses! Thank you all! I highly recommend SVS!

I had a good experience from arrival, to eye exam, to selecting frames, to receiving them. I purchased during a trunk show, second pair was half off and free swag cleaning kits were included. My salesperson was honest when a frame did not look good on me, and I very much appreciated that. Glasses took a bit longer than expected to come in, but not a problem for me and the prescription and fit were accurate. I later returned to order safety glasses through my company. Convenient location for me and and easy access with ample parking. I did not experience any of the issues I see in some of the negative reviews.

Optometrist was great, all the staff was great. Very friendly, helpful. Only reason it's not 5 out of 5 stars is my glasses came in and the automated system didn't call me, I called and was told that my glasses were in and had been in for 4 days. I went to pick them up and wasn't even given extra glass cleaners or microfiber cloth. But I love my glasses.

They take wonderful care of you and are very helpful, but be prepared to sit in the waiting room for at least 45 minutes when you come here

Doctor Bergman has a wonderful bedside manner and he a fantastic physician and surgeon not only for my surgery but for many others that have told me they went to him without me knowing about it my sister my cousins my friends so everybody cannot be wrong

The lady on the phone was super rude. My husband had a surgery done, which cost a little over 2k. She called me to let me know that we’d have to cancel my husbands appt tomorrow if the 2k wasn’t paid, which is totally understandable. I then asked her if they had a payment plan for people who can’t afford 2k upfront. She told me “well you didn’t even try to pay $10 towards it. Collections called you 5/6 times too”. I then said okay, I understand but that’s not my question. “Do you have a payment plan? I understand we’d have to cancel our appt, i get that”. She then said i was being rude so I asked her if she could tell me what part was i rude? She didn’t answer, instead changed the subject and talked over me. I then told her, her telling me I couldn’t put up 10 bucks was rude.. after that she hung up on me. I called back and said “will you please have Dr. Pierce call me before I make any payments? She said “I’ll give you billings number”. I then told her no, i said I’d like to speak with the Dr before any payment is made. She was a younger girl, not sure the name but I definitely don’t appreciate being talked to like this. The other lady with red hair is also rude.

My experience with Dr. Kejbou has been outstanding. She was very thorough in her examination and took the extra time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend.
