Staff was nice enough. I was the only patient in office but still had to wait (???). Office is dusty and floor and walls are filthy. In desperate need of some updates/spring cleaning. Times of COVID you would think they would be on this already.

Check in was easy, wait time was short. Whole visit went smooth. Dialation, imaging, waiting period and the shot. All done very efficiently by Dr Ward and staff. Dr Ward was attentive to my concerns, showed and explained the images and answered my questions.

Zach gives information that is clear and understandable.

Remmel is my go to eye doctor. They are super helpful and knowledgeable and you can order less than one million boxes of contacts at a time, which immediately separates them from the rest for me. They also have some really unique items and artifacts throughout their office.

I had a 9 AM appointment for an Eye exam and I was waiting in the hallway. Near the elevator outside the store door .When the lady arrived. She was very disrespectful to me.
