If you’re having symptoms in your eyes, then I recommend you actually go to licensed ophthalmologist or at least people who know better than these Visionworks, retail stores. The young Indian girl optalmologist in here, saw a hole in my eye during the summer, and she said it would just go away, but it actually turned into a retinal detachment and I had to have surgery last week. so now I’m dealing with this. I’m upset that she didn’t refer me to someone else If she wasn’t confident in her opinion. The doctor could have operated on it before it turned into a detachment because my other eye also had holes in it.

I highly recommend Dr. Prevor-Wise from Mignone Medical Eye Care. She has been my eye Dr. for many years and has performed 2 very successful cataract surgeries. Dr. Prevor-Wise is caring, patient and explains all procedures in detail. She is an exceptional Dr. and a wonderful human being. All the workers are nice and personable. My biggest issue is the scheduling. It's obvious they are understaffed, so that means they shouldn't be taking appointments every 15 minutes. I had to wait almost an hour to be seen for a 4pm appointment that was scheduled a couple weeks in advance. Next year, I will be going to do a different provider that takes my insurance and values my time.

This was my first time as a patient at The Retina Group of Washington. I was a little nervous because I had to change doctors due to my insurance, and I had been with the last doctor for about 14yrs. As, a new patient, I was not sure how my eye disorder was going to be treated and received. The reason for my visit was an issue I had been experiencing with my left eye. I was seen by Dr. Huang and we discussed my underlying condition and the current discomfort I was experiencing. I received pretty much the same outline and treatment that my previous doctor had provided, so I felt a bit more confident about my visit with Dr. Huang. After a thorough examination and conversation, I was pleased to hear that there has not been any drastic changes in my condition and what I was experiencing can be resolved with OTC medication. Overall, I had a great experience.

Dr Bausbeck was so thorough in examining and explaining what was going on with my eye. I was treated with an antibiotic and already I’m feeling the results of healing. He is soft spoken and makes you feel like your questions are important. I highly recommend this eye Doctor. You won’t regret it.

I don't even want to give it 1 star! Terrible experience, been here 3 hours and no one checks in with me to tell me a time frame or what's going on. Mind you it's my birthday and I'm wasting my life here. Thought it was at most going to be an hour but Nopppeee here Im passing 3 and haven't even been seen. He just went into another room that came in after me. If I didn't need contacts I'd be out the door already. Will definitely be finding a different doctor for next year ✌🏼️

I have been a patient of Dr. Brandt’s for years! Periodically going in as I have more than one eye Dr. I have to say over the years he has been a phenomenal physician. Always humorous, very caring and humble. I like his personality. So it’s sad to say that it’s not because of him, but because of the women at the front that I stopped seeing him. They’re above everyone else, entitled selves, are always so nasty with me. The older one is very transformative. Able to turn like and unlike off in a flash. The younger one just seems to be arrogant. These are my experiences from going to this particular office. Yours may be different. I took this behavior on and off for years just telling myself, they’re just ignorant and it’s nothing you haven’t had to deal with before. However, after the phone call today. I just said enough is enough. More than 10 years I’ve been a patient. Never even had a chance to say goodbye to Dr. Brandt. I’m just so over going places and being spoken to and looked at differently because I am different. And now I have to find another eye doctor. It pays to speak and treat people with kindness. You never know what a person is dealing with.
