I had a Saturday appointment which really helped me out. They were very nice and very helpful. Upon arriving we were greeted immediately with a warm smile and inviting demeanor. The receptionist gave me a form to fill out. Once done she invited us to look at the frames we would be using. All the frames were color coded and made it easy to see which ones insurance covered. Then before we even had a chance to pick , the doctor called us. The appointment was for my ten year old son. The doctor was very friendly and patient with my son. The doctor then gave my son eye tests and we were on our way! We chose the frames. They told us to come in anytime if we needed adjustments on frames. My son needs them adjusted now because he stepped on them. We are going there now to get that done. Overall our experience was very good. I would recommend this place to everyone! Very pleased with prices, the service and the cleanliness of this sight. Ty Sterling Optical for our glasses. I ended up getting a pair and so did my daughter who is 24.

I’ve been to Nelson twice. The first time he was 40 minutes late to our appointment. The second time I waited 55 minutes before giving up and leaving. FYI your customers time is just as important as yours and if you can’t be REASONABLY punctual maybe call your customers BEFORE the drive all the way there and ask if they can reschedule.

I had a chalazion and Dr. Lynn fit me in asap and walked me through the outpatient procedure. She is very professional and got rid of the issue.

Our family have been with Dr. Zin Min for 3-4 years now. We had nothing but great experience there everytime. Staff are very friendly and approachable, they will go above and beyond for you. The turn around time for you to receive you glasses is super fast. I love that they will text you once they received it! And, I greatly appreciate what they did for my daughter. I highly recommend them.

I love Johns Creek Eyecare! Dr. Pritchett and his team have provided the best eye care experiences I’ve ever had. This is my second year with them and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The entire staff is phenomenal. Dr. Pritchett is thorough, knowledgeable, and very personable. He takes the time to provide detailed explanations and clear answers to my questions. The opticians are patient, kind and spent a great deal of time working with me to find the best frames for my small face. Highly recommend!

Could not recommend Dr. Costello more! He answered all my questions, gave me options for contact lenses at different price points, and was so personable. I will definitely be heading back to his office for my next routine eye exam!

They are friendly like family. They are very knowledgeable about eyewear and do all they can to make your experience excellent. We have known Amy for years and she is always super helpful in helping us pick out glasses. Maureen did an awesome job as well.

I've been seeing Dr Shahani for a couple years now and have consistently been happy with her care. She listens to any concerns and gives options so you can make informed decisions about your care. I've been very pleased with the care and recommendations she provides.

Do not recommend this place. They discriminate their workers. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Been coming to see him for at least 13 years he is really good .
