I highly recommend this place. I was very impressed with the personal attention I received from each staff member before, during and after my eye exam. My insurance coverage was verified, options were discussed and Dr took the time to answer all my questions. Amazing customer service, and very kind people. I will come back, so can easily recommend this place!

I have been coming to this store for many years for eye exams and glasses. But let me tell you, the front desk girls are the sweetest. They are so welcoming and always willing to help even if you come unprepared. The glasses they have are beautiful and have a huge variety. Its a one stop shop with glasses and have a doctor anytime of the week. Would definitely recommend to everyone whose in need of both services and dont like to go to two different places for their services. 5 stars all the way!!!

Dr. Raymond Mariani is a very good doctor He take the time to address any questions you may have with understanding, care, concerns and expertise. I think the world of him and I wish all my doctor's showed that kind of really caring.

Dr. Marissa Zimmerman is an amazing doctor and when I have my visits she takes the time to really listen to me and help find a solution for my symptoms. I have seen so many doctors and I struggled with my vision , migraines and vertigo for a long time and no one could help me the way Dr. Zimmerman did. My migraines are 100% healed, vision improved no more blurred vision, dry eye and vertigo has decreased tremendously. I urge anyone if you are having symptoms or been diagnosed with BVD, please go to this practice! You will not be disappointed , just trust the process.

Doctor Roberts spoke in a very calm and reassuring manner. She discussed different options and listened to my concerns. Nadgee (licensed optician) was very informative. I would highly recommend Dr. Roberts and staff at Lens Crafters.

I was overcharged. I specifically scheduled a glasses only exam but when checking out I was told rhe doctor also did a contacts exam and charged me $117 for it. I was using insurance and knew my plan only covered the glasses exam so that is all I wanted. Then the salesman I initially spoke with to purchase glasses told me he will give me a $50 credit because he overhead my conversation with the girl charging me for the exam. He said that doctor does that a lot with the exams. In the end, he didn’t even give me the $50 credit. Will never go back to this place again. Thieves and liars

I had a great experience with Dr. Iris Roberts during my eye doctor appointment. She was both professional and friendly, taking the time to explain each step of the examination. Dr. Roberts also tailored a set of contact lenses for me, and I'm very satisfied with the results. Highly recommended!

I had a 7:50 a.m. appointment, I got there at 7:35. They didn't take me in until 8:30. I asked them how quickly the doctor can see me so I can get to work, they told me within an hour....I left. How inconsiderate can you be!!

The staff at 901 Stewart Avenue were awesome. Friendly and courteous receptionist. Dr. Shah was thorough and professional. She explained everything so that it was easy to understand. Great team!

Arrived on time for the first appointment and wasn’t seen for over an hour’s time. Three patients who had arrived afterwards were taken into the inner office, during the wait.The support staff therein, were empathetic and kind. Dr. Shah was personable and professional: inspiring confidence in her ability to provide comprehensive treatment.

I was very unhappy with my whole experience. Not one person I interacted with that worked there cracked a smile. The wait time to see the doctor is unacceptable. While I was in the appointment seeing the doctor my visit was interrupted twice by a colleague. I will not be returning. The one star is only because I was unable to post without clicking one.
