Love this place. They were so kind to me and helped with some anxiety I was facing about my prosthetic. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

I had an awesome life changing experience here... If it wasn't for Philomena I don't think I would have gone forward with getting my prosthetic eye. She walked me through it and made everything seem so easy I cannot thank hard enough !!!! Staff super friendly and the coffee is good too.... Ty again Philomena, Mager & Gougelman!!!!!

The ultimate in professionalism. Been a patient for over three years at the Hempstead location and I don’t have a single complaint. I had reservations and was a little hesitant at first. But after just my first visit all my fears disappeared. I was treated with nothing but courtesy and respect. I would totally recommend anyone who suffered with my affliction to go here. I’m thrilled with my upper and lower blepharoplasty and brow lift. I highly recommend Dr. Wong. He did a great job. People ask me if I’m doing my makeup differently. And compliment me. Very natural results. I’m 59 and recently someone recently told me that I look 40.

I wish I could give a -0 star. One of my co-worker called this place for the appointment for his father. He was trying to get some information and the lady told him that she doesn't have time to listen to him.. What a service ! It's good that my co-worker recorded the conversation.

I waited 3 hours to finally see a nurse, which I did not mind and expected. Nurse prescribed 3 medications and entered into the computer. 10 minutes later, pharmacy had the prescriptions, had one on back order and … More

I arrived as a walk in. Was greeted and checked in promptly. Both the medical assistant, and PA Christine, were professional, compassionate, and took excellent care of me. Facility was immaculate. Highly recommend.

The PA and her assistant were thorough, caring, and competent. The person at the front desk was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. All in all, from start to finish, I had a first-rate experience. I would certainly recommend the Northwell UrgentCare on the corner of Hempstead Turnpike and Nassau Boulevard. Next time, I will book an appointment in advance.
