I should have read the reviews before making an appointment. I rarely complain, let alone feel the need to leave a review. But this is ridiculous. I had one of the associates laugh in my face on the phone when I was asking for a copy of my prescription. Long story short: I go in for an eye exam and to order contacts. I prefer to order my glasses with a third party, bc its obviously cheaper. So, the eye exam was great. The dr gave me trial lenses to try for a few days to ensure the prescription was right. 6 days go by, I call the office to verify my prescription is correct & I asked for a copy to be sent to me, to order my glasses. The associate that I spoke with, lucky I didn’t get her name bc I would indeed put her on blast, was rude as ever. She was very unprofessional & snarky. She explained that there are TWO whole doctors in this practice, that are only there on Mondays & Tuesdays. Mind you, today is Tuesday lol. So I ask if a doctor can send me a copy of my prescription. This associate tells me the doctor I saw will not be back until next Monday & they can’t do anything until then. The other doctor won’t help, the optometrist asked if I wanted him to order me a pair of glasses????? That isn’t even the issue at hand, I don’t even have my prescription. But y’all want to order me glasses?? Ok. So they made me pay for the eye exam AND CONTACTS, while here I am stuck with ONE pair of trial lenses, no boxes of contacts, no prescription, & no chance of an update until next Monday. But hey I mean what did I really expect going to Walmart eye center…… lol

I gave 2 stars because I don’t know how the actual doctor is and they may be great. I will also say the staff I have talked to are very friendly. Here’s where I have the problem. I have waited 2 months to get into see someone anywhere because of eye problems I need to get checked on but also I am out of contacts and need glasses as well. Anyway, I had another appointment with another place on the 11th but I got in touch with here and could get in today so I cancelled the other. Walmart DID try to call to “confirm my appointment.” The voicemail literally says, “please call this number to confirm your appointment and avoid a no show fee.” Yesterday was a holiday so I called them this morning to confirm and ask a question. They just informed me after they told me the other day they take my insurance now they don’t. Now I have cancelled another appointment and can’t get in to see someone when I need to go before next week (because I won’t be in town next week possibly). Now I don’t know what to do. Yes I will admit I hung up abruptly but I was trying to not get upset as I have been waiting to see somewhere a while and have cancelled the other one. This should have been know and I understand mistakes are made. I make them a lot but it should be honored after this was already made and I should have been seen. I feel like this should’ve been made right after I was told something else.

Thank you Dr. Washington. You are awesome! You went above and beyond to help me with my eye issue and I will always be grateful for that. You ae a very caring individual.

I was having issues with my other eye doctor. I called them and they got me in the very next morning. Super friendly staff! They listened to me and were professional. What it took my other eye doctor nearly 2.5 months to accomplish they did in less than an hour. Highly recommend and I'm now a customer for life!

Excellent staff! Dr. Cindy is so kind, patient & knowledgeable. The staff went above & beyond to make me & my mother comfortable. They genuinely showed care & concern. It was a wonderful experience. Dr. Cindy was able to diagnose my mother correctly after years of a misdiagnosis. She was determined to figure out the Retina mystery! Thank all of you for empathy, kindness & hard work.

This place was incredible! All the staff members were so kind and patient with my son. They truly calmed his nerves about going to the eye doctor for the first time. They definitely get 6 stars out of 5 😉 Dr. Entrikin was very thorough and explained everything to me as she did the exam on my son. I highly recommend her. She is kind and compassionate. You can definitely tell she loves what she does and that she appreciates each person that walks into her office.

Really appreciate the new location in Villa Rica. I was seen by Dr Drake DeVos He was very helpful in explaining to me my concerns. Dr Cohen performed cataract surgery on both my eyes 2yrs ago. I am very pleased with Marietta Eye Clinic. I highly recommend them.

I visited the new facility in Villa Rica and was very pleased. The staff were super friendly and helpful, I received a great exam, and received my eye glasses in less then 10 days. I highly recommend Marietta Eye Clinic.

wonderful work, experience and customer care from the entire staff and team at the surgery center in Marietta, and the new Villa Rica office. Had both eyes with LASER surgery for cataracts, and looking forward to 20/20 or better vision with no eyeglasses for first time since my 9 year old birthday! Great progress so far with 2 post-op follow up appointments with 2 more scheduled by end of year . Highly recommend this organization as the best in service on every metric covered by this world-class team dedicated to satisfied vision improvement with the latest technology and innovation from first visit to scheduling, billing, followup and all questions and concerns addressed quickly and efficiently. Very nice and clean ambiance. Not a long wait time at all. Employees are very professional. Dr. Easley is very knowledgeable and professional. My elderly mother enjoyed their service at Alpharetta location. Now, I and my family is considering to make this place a go to one for all of us. Highly recommend.

My experience at the Milan Eye Center was very positive; the Alpharetta facility is exceptional. My appointment started on time. Dr. Easley and his staff were very professional, courteous and attentive. Dr. Easley completed a thorough examination of the affected eye and confirmed my previous diagnosis. He carefully explained my condition using visual diagrams of the problem area. I left the office feeling relieved about the eye issue and confident in the results of my previous evaluation and evaluation at the Milan Eye Center.
