My experience at the Milan Eye Center was very positive; the Alpharetta facility is exceptional. My appointment started on time. Dr. Easley and his staff were very professional, courteous and attentive. Dr. Easley completed a thorough examination of the affected eye and confirmed my previous diagnosis. He carefully explained my condition using visual diagrams of the problem area. I left the office feeling relieved about the eye issue and confident in the results of my previous evaluation and evaluation at the Milan Eye Center.

I was very happy with my visit to Clarkston Eyecare. The atmosphere in the office was very friendly and helpful. I found the doctor to be engaged and also careful I appreciate the time that she spent and making sure my eyes were healthy. I recommend this office and their staff the reason they didn’t get five stars, as I have wish that they had a larger selection of eyeglasses frames to choose from.

The staff and doctor are amazing and knowledgeable. I went to the Clarkson in Alpharetta. The Doctor was very informative and clearly explained my options and what was happening with my vision so I could make an informative decision. The staff was friendly and efficient and they listened to what I wanted and all my needs were met. Very pleasant experience.

I had a great experience from my call to get an appointment until the time I left. When I called, the office manager went above and beyond to get me in to see the doctor quickly. When I arrived I was greeted warmly by an assistant who also helped get my chart and paperwork set up. Dr. Patel was very thorough and listened to my concerns and addressed each one. She did not make me feel rushed or unheard. I left her chair feeling very confident in the care I received. The office staff then helped me pick out glasses and finish up my paperwork quickly and efficiently. The office was clean, cheerful and inviting. Overall, outstanding experience.

Love the folks here! I received a thorough exam and Dr Stella explains everything answering all questions. The staff is also very helpful when picking out glasses and billing. I highly recommend for all of your eye care.

Great Experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful when picking out glasses.(thanks Natalie!) The Dr. took her time during the exam and walked me through step by step of all the procedures and what I should look out for to prevent sight deterioration. I have been going to them for over a year and have always had a positive experience.

Team member working the desk was unable to pull up my insurance information over phone. Insisted I needed to work it out with my insurance company because something was wrong. I verified everything with my insurance, all correct. Went to the location to have them try again, team member insisted "We do this every day, I know what I'm doing" - found team member was using wrong fist name (Ben instead of Benjamin). I have been going to this location for 2 years for myself and family with same insurance; they have all my info on file already. Apparently, that was a hard one to figure out. Changed locations for my care because of this.

Made an appointment on Saturday and arrived early. The appointment before me was a no show. I still waited 20 minutes and no one acknowledged me while waiting. The staff’s attitude while working was unwelcoming. So I left without seeing the doctor. Wasted my Saturday morning

Walked into here today and had a great experience. Josephina was very kind and patiently walked me through ordering lenses for the first time, and went out of her way to help me find everything I needed. Increasingly rare to find a selflessly caring person, so thank you for the smile Josephina.
