In Sept 2020, we have a family appointment carefully scheduled with Dr. Hsu and Brookhaven Eye Care inside Costco Alpharetta. While we were only successful in getting one member examined, Dr. Hsu and her assistant were extremely supportive and patient with us as we wrestled with incorrect information from our insurance carrier. Based upon our experience with the one exam, Covid-19 safety precautions, and how well they worked with us, we would definitely recommend her.

I now understand why the optical department has a 3.7 rating. I see that it probably over inflated. After my first visit I should have gotten a clue. The office staff seemed completely indifferent about me as a customer. Then after my exam I could see where the attitude of indifference comes from. After a recent exam, payment in full, and an issue with the prescription I received, I returned to try and work it out. I was met with the same lack of care. The optometrist Dr Sadelmans only solution was to loud talk me and the only solution she could muster was to continually repeat, “I don’t understand how that could be!” I didn’t make up the issue!!! Well, I don’t understand either; that’s why I was there I the first place. The practice refused to take responsibility or even offer the possibility that a mistake or even a mild oversight could have been made. Costco management she is Costco in the customers eyes. PLEASE GET THIS UNDER CONTROL!! Thanks from a loyal Costco customer.

They have incredible glasses here, but they have absolutely no value for anybody's time. I have waited for an hour twice before I gave up to return another day to just pick up my glasses. Also, if you are shopping around when they call your number, you go to the back of the line again and wait another hour. They really need to hire some people from a Chinese restaurant to man the register, someone who has a sense of urgency. By just having two lines for those getting new prescriptions vs those picking up, they can significantly make this less horrible for their customers.

I recently moved to the area and had yet to find an eye doctor- and I'm so glad I stumbled upon this one! The staff was excellent and accomodating from day one and has continued to exceed my expectations. India and Robin are so nice and helpful and Dr. J is amazing! They make you feel very comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. So happy we found them!

What a find! After nearly 15 years of visiting the same eye doctor, my family and I were looking for better care without the rush of feeling we were just another number. This office is located centrally and offers the family-centered, quality comprehensive care we desired. They accepted my insurance and told me exactly what was covered, they event encouraged and taught me how to maximize my benefits. Robin and India are so helpful and kind with my children. Dr. J is caring and informative. They take their time to help and that shows how much they care.

I went here for my annual eye exam, and I’ve never felt more seen and heard in any sort of doctor’s/medical office before today! The ladies were so present and had great attention to detail. You could tell they were there to work with and partner with me on my health and my questions I had, which is rare these days. Often times, especially as a woman in my early 20s, I feel like I’m not being listened to or that my questions aren’t valid whenever I’m at any sort of medical exam, which leaves me thinking that they’re not there to actually help me considering only I can tell what’s really going on with my body. These women on the other hand literally did an outstanding job with making me feel comfortable and explaining to me what was going on with my vision. 10/10 recommend :)

I am 50 and I wear eyeglasses since I was 3. This was one of my most remarkable experience with an eye doctor. Great professionalism, great care, would definitely recommend and come back.

Optima Eye care is awesome and has great customer service. I have been coming here for the past 3 years and have been very pleased with the doctors and supporting staff. They are open 7 days a week and have a great selection of designer frames.I enjoy working with Cathe and Barbara. Very nice and know their stuff.

I came in for my yearly eye exam today as well as picking out a new pair of glasses and I’m beyond satisfied with my visit. Dr. Steve was very helpful in answering all the questions and concerns that I had, and Barbara assisted me in picking new frames which I couldn’t be happier with. I’m very happy with my decision to come here as I know I’ll be well taken care of every time I visit. Can’t wait to have and wear my new glasses!!
