Dr. Bhadra has been our optometrist since 2009. She and her staff are knowledgeable, professional and corteous.

We had been going to Family Family Vision for a few years now and always had a great experience. My husband and I have been going here since 2016. Staff is always very courteous and Dr. Bhadra, was very attentive and knowledgeable. They also had a good selection of eye glasses inside. Excellent place, would definitely recommend. Great location for Alpharetta community.

I'm new to the area so this is my first time at Premier Family Vision. Dr. Bhadra made my eye exam experience very smooth. The staffs are also very friendly and attentive. I got my new glasses after 3 days, and when the frame didn't fit tightly enough, I was able to come in and have it fixed very quickly (on a Saturday no less). I will definitely recommend Premier Family Vision to my family and friends.

The address of comprehensive eye on State Health Benefit Plan (SHBP) failed to indicate insideCostco and that gave me a little hitch locating the eye clinic Excellent facility and courteous personnel; testing, explanation of tests results was professionally done, I have all my family members to go and get their eye checked already

Arrived for my 3:00 appointment and had to wait 20 minutes. After finishing with the appointment before mine at 3:15, Dr. John Tompkins made we wait an additional five minutes while he chatted with a non-Costco sales person/representative who dropped in unannounced, without an appointment but he chose to make me wait. This was incredibly insulting and inconsiderate given the tacky sign at the check-in desk stating "if you are more than 5 minutes late, you may be requested to reschedule." Dr. Tompkins was terrible. He did not listen to what my symptoms were and basically listed causes which were not relative to my situation. No prescription, no help and charged $99 for a 2-3 minute visit. Horrible experience. I previously used Dr. Angela Lee when her practice was inside Costco so this was a drastic change for the worse. I will never go back. Would give less than 1 star if it was an option.

The visit was incredible! I have to say beyond my expectations. The doctor beside my eye check up, he patiently review my current situation and my family's as well. He explained to me in detail how my recent diagnosis (from my primary care) are affecting my vision and eyes health, he showed me images, he took a very good time clarifying everything to me. He gave me great confidence and advice. Highly recommend! Make us feel so taken in care!

Rude staff. I have been going here for 10+ years. I just called to see if I could get an earlier eye appointment as I have completely broken my current pair of glasses: the answer by the person on the phone was "No." Not "sorry but no" or "no I'm afraid not". Just "No." This person should not be representing what used to be a good business. I won't be going back anytime soon.

I've been wearing glasses since I was in the 5th grade and this is the first time that I have loved everything about a vision center. I've been going here for about 4 years. Dr. Idris is so friendly, relatable, and helpful. She knows what I like and what looks good on me. I recently moved from the area but will commute 3 1/2 hours to continue my eye care here. Good eye doctors are hard to find.

Went here for this first time and am SO impressed by the thoroughness and knowledge of the doctor and her front desk person, Leigh! Some of the best service that I've gotten in a looooong time! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Dr. Shah! I saw him recently for an eye condition that came on suddenly despite me having no history of vision issues. He was able to quickly see me and provide a diagnosis, all while explaining why he was doing certain tests. He was very calm, professional, and reassuring the entire time. I look forward to my future visits to his office.

What a great experience from the very moment I called to make an appointment! Dr. Shah is very meticulous and wants to cover absolutely every detail about the eye exam. He explains each step and why you need certain medication to solve any issue. He makes you feel confident you are in the best hands and shows genuine care about the health of his patients. He’s one of those unique doctors who wants to solve the cause of the problem, not just the symptoms. Dr. Shah also went the extra mile to make sure he was referring me to a doctor under my insurance. That made his assistant Elena spend more time making several calls until she found one in my network. She was also very courteous and kind from the first call. Hands down the best eye doctor's office I have ever visited.
