I had a great experience at Lens Crafter North Point Mall. The associates were really helpful and patient with me as I made my decision on the right frame and Lens for me. I even recieved a discount!

Awesome team of women, it’s my second time there to get new glasses and fill prescriptions on older frames. Nothing but excellence , I had Joni this time, she was a very big help… with everything, tell me …why do these ladies know how to pic out at least 20 pairs of glasses in a matter of minutes that will look great on you? The only problem you have is choosing which one😚 ! Thank you Joni 🥰

So happy I found this shop in downtown Alpharetta. Nice selection of interesting frames and a very friendly, low-pressure, experienced staff. I love my new glasses! Very happy to support a small local business.

The team here was great to work with and very helpful. The appointments were on time and they helped me find some cool eye glasses.. I ended up buying 3 pairs!! :)

Besides the positive review I left in my survey, I wanted to add that the eye glass frame selection was incredible. They have frames separated by shape and then price level. This makes it easier to find the best look and price point for you. I had a hard time deciding which frame I liked best. Great experience!

I had my contacts updated. Doctor professional and I can see without my readers now. They really got it right. Picked out a new pair of glasses at 60% off. Very happy. Quick and easy! I use this company as my go to for eye exams, contacts and glasses for years now.

I have mixed feelings on leaving this review. The manager and Dr. Chung (believe that the doctors name) are great. However, I had to get two exams before they finally got it right by two different doctors. When I picked up my glasses the first time, I felt like I was inconveniencing the rep and wasn't given the necessary information regarding progressive glasses. Which was much needed since it was my first time wearing them. The rep also lied about information that was given to me. Nonetheless, because of Dr. Chung (?) and the OM, I will return.

I’m all done with Americas Best. I had an appointment today at 5:30 and arrived 3 minutes late due some traffic backup. When I arrived I was told the doctor left early. I asked why nobody called to inform me? The lady then told me she called me in the morning I didn’t answer so she left a voicemail. I quickly saw a text from AB after her call stating they were “looking forward to seeing me for my appointment” she then stated that’s sent automatically and that she called me earlier. When I checked my voicemail it was a call to confirm my appointment. Nothing stating I needed to reschedule. Then she tells me it’s because I was 3 minutes late so I probably just walked past him. Are we joking? The place is open til 7 and the other lady told me he left early? There’s no way a doctor has an appointment at 5:30 and is ready to walk out the door at that time as well. It took me 30 minutes to get there and was a complete waste of my time. When I walked in, one girl was sat there doing nothing. How hard would it have been to pick up the phone and call the scheduled patient and inform them they're sorry but the doctor had left. But I guess that would only be expected at a professional business. I have been a patient since I was in high school 20 years ago and it’s just always such a subpar or terrible experience. In Illinois and Georgia. I think I’m ready for a more grown up experience and will go else where from now on.

This particular Americas best location is great - North Point Pkwy. This review is specifically to give feedback on my visit on 12 07 2023 and in particular the help I received from Rhonda. To summarize, Rhonda may be the best retail shop employee that I have ever had the pleasure to work with and I hope her bosses see this note. I don’t leave many reviews but her exemplary service to me and my family compelled me to do so. I visited this location because my daughter had somehow broken her glasses (only a few months old) and to see if there was a way I could get them repaired. After two people looked at the glasses they came to the conclusion that they were irreparable. They checked extensively to see if there’s anything they could do or if I had purchased the warranty insurance deal. I had not. I was resigned that there was nothing they could do and felt pleased with their service…because they tried. As I was about to leave, Rhonda came over to see if there’s anything she can do to help. I let her know that Dylan had another set of glasses and that we weren’t in a position to purchase a new set. So she took it upon herself to look in system, to see if she could find you an identical pair to see if she could just take the lenses out of the broken glasses and put them in the new glasses (or whatever they do). Turns out the pair of glasses my daughter had were no longer in stock and discontinued (of course). Again…I was ready to leave and was even more pleased with the experience, when she said “let’s go find her another pair”. I interrupted her and said that I didn’t want to buy a new set. She smiled at me and said we’d work it out. I will leave out the rest of the details but Rhonda is such an incredible asset to America’s Best and particularly this location. I hope they recognize what they have in her. I am sure she will take care of all their clients the way she did me and my family. If I could give more stars I would.

Had The best experience at America’s Best In Alpharetta. Everyone was so helpful, knowledgeable, and super nice. My eye exam was very thorough and the Dr. was wonderful! I worked with Rhonda and Tracey for my glasses and they were both amazing! I had a few issues with my lenses which were resolved very quickly, and they were so happy to help. I would recommend this America’s Best to anyone looking for a great pair of glasses at a great value and excellent service! My experience here was a 10! I have already recommended to many of my friends and family to visit this location.

Saw Tony again this year. Always smiling and upbeat. The doctor and staff was very patient with me as we straightened out my insurance. Very happy with my new glasses and contacts. Will definitely be going again.
