Saw Tony again this year. Always smiling and upbeat. The doctor and staff was very patient with me as we straightened out my insurance. Very happy with my new glasses and contacts. Will definitely be going again.

I popped in to the Alpharetta, GA store see if a pair of sunglasses could be repaired. All it needed was new a nose pad on one side. The gentleman who greeted me took it from there. It took him 10 minutes or so to make the repair since it turned out to be a bit out of the ordinary. I fully expected to pay him for his effort but I was told there would be no charge, even though I'm not a customer of this store already. Well, I'll be a customer here from now on. The attendant wouldn't even accept a tip from me! I'm writing this not to promote a store that does things for free - for others to take advantage of. Rather, I'm advocating an old style of customer service that places the interest of the customer first, with money/profits secondary. This business philosophy is very hard to find nowadays - a RARE thing indeed. I commend this store (and person). They are doing things correctly in my opinion and I won't overlook that the next time I require their service.

Flawless. Absolutely wonderful eye exam appointment. Everyone had excellent grammar. Check-In process exceeded my expectations 10 fold. I've been a customer since I was 14. I'm now 51. My visit today, best ever. Thanks... CJW

Absolutely poor customer service, I should not have to beg for my contact prescription, or wait hours to receive it online. i had to beg like a fool to get my prescription! Norma was extremely rude to my family member - It felt like she was just trying to get extra money out of me and not include her and just try to include my family in a decision making when getting contacts. Do not come here if you just want a prescription, they will hassle you!

Not good. My appt was at 11am. I saw the doctor at 11:45am. People have things to do. You can't make a person wait 45 minutes to see the doctor. I got there at 10:45am. I just think you guys need to be more organized. People's time is more valuable than you think.

In Sept 2020, we have a family appointment carefully scheduled with Dr. Teresa Hsu and Brookhaven Eye Care inside Costco Alpharetta. While we were only successful in getting one member examined, Dr. Hsu and her assistant were extremely supportive and patient with us as we wrestled with incorrect information from our insurance carrier. Based upon our experience with the one exam, Covid-19 safety precautions, and how well they worked with us, we would definitely recommend her.

Lotus Vision is terrific. Dr. Nemi is excellent. He does a great job of explaining everything he does and goes through the test results with you. He uses the latest technology and inspires confidence in his knowledge and care. The staff is very friendly. My wife and I have been under Dr. Nemi's care for 10 years now and highly recommend him.

The absolute worst place ever. While I used this office for some time, the service (from the top to the bottom) has completely gone way down . I called to try and get my records and they only gave me 2 years even when I requested for records further back. Don't refuse to give the records that would be helpful to the next doctor, especially when I have an eye condition. I am not happy. As well, let me just go back a bit further. This doctor got so mad that I previously gave him a low score that he called me and went off the rail about me giving him a low score. Yes, I did and you and your staff deserve it. Nothing I said was untrue, you just didn't like the fact that I didn't give you a high score. Well you nor your staff didn't deserve it. When I ask for simple direction on a prescription and your staff don't seem to understand that as an assistant, there is something wrong with that. Period!

We have been going to Dr. Nemi for many years and he is caring, extremely knowledgeable, patient, professional and takes your vision and eye care very seriously. The staff is always on time, professional, friendly and remembers you from visit to visit. The office is always spotless, the equipment is state of the art, and you are never left waiting. They offer a punctual, professional, and friendly environment. Aubrey is always on top of any questions or things we need! We have a great deal of respect for Dr. Nemi and feel that we have always gotten the highest level of care at Lotus Vision.
