Had the absolute pleasure of working with Barbara on my recent Scleral contact fittings! Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Barbara's knowledge and passion for this field of work; Thanks to Barbara's dedication to her patients, I am now able to comfortably wear contact lenses with zero complaint! Additionally, Dr. Reimbold has been amazing to work with, always ensuring I receive a comfortable and crisp prescription. The eye exams are thorough, personal, and comfortable. The doctors and staff at Reimbold Eye Group have made me truly feel cared about as a person and a patient. They take the time to get to know your individual needs and develop a personalized care plan. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

My family and I always have excellent experiences at Reimbold! All of the staff are friendly and efficient, and Dr. Reimbold is so knowledgeable. We picked Reimbold Eye Group when we moved to Alpharetta purely because of their convenience to our home, but truly we couldn’t be any happier with our choice!

Very happy after my first appointment at Reimbold Eye Group. The whole process was thorough, easy and efficient, but with plenty of time available for any questions I had. Dr. Susan Reimbold is very willing to patiently explain every aspect of the exam. This was the most pleasant eye exam of any I have had, and I feel that the Rx for glasses will be perfect this time. UPDATING: Dec 2023 and I brought two family members back to Reimbold Eye Group. They are as happy and impressed as I was with great service, lots of help that we appreciate (selecting glasses frames) and a super positive experience all around.

The one star is only for Dr. Spence. I would give him 5 stars separately. I would give Caris Eye Centers 0 stars. I've gone to them for the last three years. I recently got a bill in the mail for a remainder I owed after insurance, $41. First they don't have a way to pay it online. So I went in after work yesterday and was asked if I wanted to pay the $41 or the $183 I owed. I didn't understand the $183. I was told it was from. 2 years ago. I started to remember about this as I was interacting and remembered they never called me back about it from two years ago. Not only did they not call me back about it two years ago, because they said some bills were sent out by mistake back then, I've seen them 2 times since and no one has said a thing. I've paid the money both times on my previous visits and no one mentioned this. I'm never coming here again.

I'd like to extend a heartfelt appreciation to Teena at the Alpharetta office. She has consistently been a key reason why I choose to visit this office. Whenever I require adjustments to my glasses, she consistently performs an outstanding job, effectively resolving any discomfort related to my frames. In fact, I'd go so far as to say that she's the most exceptional optician I've had the pleasure of being assisted by in the last two decades. Her expertise in her field is highly evident, and her many years of experience shine through. Additionally, she is remarkably patient.

This review is specifically for the contact lenses back office team and whoever in the front office (reluctantly) answers the phone. The level of quality/service has declined dramatically over the last year. Prior to about a year ago, this location was bar none, the absolute best in everything no matter who I (or my family) interacted with. Now, however, it's meh...fair to medley. Whatever has changed in the last year, please get back to the level of excellence you all are capable of! For the remainder of the staff, eye doctors, eyeglasses expert technician, you all deserve 5 stars. Do know that this review is not directed towards you.

Excellent visit. The entire staff was amazing, very friendly, welcoming especially to my 9yo son. He does not like the puff of air blown into the eye, but whatever the technician did it worked, because he came out of there with a big smile.. Highly Recommend, will definitely use again.

Dr. Lee did a great job with my grandma’s first ever eye exam. She explained everything to her in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. She was helpful, patient and helped with my insurance.

Everyone was great! Clay was very polite and professional and took his job seriously, I have never seen anyone clean the machines as thoroughly as he did, it was much appreciated. Dr. Lee was very concerned with my issue and explained every question in great detail and she helped me get an immediate appt with a specialist. Unfortunately, I don't remember the other specialist who helped me but she was patient and persistent getting me the help i needed, Thank you ALL for the great service!
