I have been coming to MyEyeDr.O.D. this Old Milton location for approximately 7 years.
I have to say this office has always treated me with respect, excellence and they keep their professionalism on point.
Every single physician that has evaluated my vision has been great knowledge, recommendations and He/She has answered all my questions.
On my last visit recently, The medical assistant followed all protocols for COVID and took the
necessary measurements to come near me since she had to look closer to my eye.
The office looked clean, the staff greeted me and being the fact I also work in the medical field, I can tell their patient's satisfaction as far as customer service is their priority.
I was the last appointment of the day and they made sure they assisted me
with my contacts and my eye glasses. I was very undecisive regarding what
kind of eye glasses to get and Allyssa stayed with me until the end. I must have tried more than 20 pairs but she made sure I was happy with my selection and I got a gorgeous pair :)
I left happy and content knowing they took care of me even though I stayed a little pass their business hours.
I highly recommend this office and even though I have moved more than 10 miles away, I will continue to travel to Old Milton to be seeing by a great team and staff. Thanks for all you do!

*** Update
I'm updating the rating from 1 to 3 of my own accord. Myeyedr Corp customer service was nice enough to call me back and apologize for their employees unfortunate behavior as well as explain the reason for closing the store. They agreed that they will work with the IT to fix the technology issues so other customers won't face the same issues in future.
Wish I could give a no-star review. I have been to this store 3 times now only to find them closed. When you call the store number to check hours of operations, the automated system sends a link to your website for hours. That web page is not updated to reflect local situation. So you go to the store and it is closed. This happened to me few months ago and then again yesterday and today. The phone system doesn't have a recorded prompt with updated hours either. This can be fixed very easily with decades old technology yet they haven't done anything in months.
While I was leaving today after seeing the closed sign, I saw an employee walk out. I tried to plead with her that I was there to pick up my glasses and this was my second day to see the closed sign but she refused to talk to me, She just walked away and told me to come back again tomorrow. Since she had walked away from me, I had to raise my voice so she can hear me at which point she yelled at me "don't talk to me like that". If she had simply taken the time to listen to my situation, there wouldn't have been any escalation. I have been a customer for over 10 years but the level of customer service and lack of empathy is just unbelievable. I will be taking my business somewhere else now.

I had excellent care at My Eye Doctor (Nov. 2023) thorough exam and Alicia did a great job at helping me pick out the perfect frames. She spent time with me again when I picked up my glasses to make sure I was comfortable with them. Very patient, kind, and professional. :-)

Have never gone to an eye doctor regularly until I started going to Windward Eye Care. This is 100% as a result of the excellent team of professionals. The team could not be more polite, energetic, and genuinely act like they enjoy their jobs! Thank you Courtney for your friendly smile and help figuring out my insurance fun. Thank you Amy for your excellent speed and enthusiastic demeanor at check out. Dr Moon and her PA (forgetting name) are both top notch, thorough, friendly and super efficient. See all you lovely ladies next year!

UPDATE 1/10/23: Dr Moon is definitely the best and thumbs up for her and 5 starts for her.
However, the front desk staff needs to be trained on basic customer service skills. They are plain rude and have agitated tone which gives you the impression that the “customers are always wrong”. As we all know from customer service 101, it is the reverse.
Original: Me and my family has been going to Windward Eyecare since we moved here 5 years ago. This is probably the best eyecare place and Dr Jennifer Moon is definitely the best eye doctor that I have seen.
Dr. Moon and her associates are very thorough yet very honest and fast. They don’t try to upsell anything. Office staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
The place is located in the heart of Windward shopping district and easy to get to. Very tastefully decorated, modern and clean. Very decent option for eyewear and they take good care of you.

Bad experience with their optical department. They carry poor quality frames and when I reported that my daughter got allergic to particular frame they said that they cannot do anything about it. For my glasses too I have to come several times to get it fixed. Doc were nice but I am not coming back to this practice and neither will recommend anyone. I don’t know who gave them 5 stars.

First, I’d like to say I’m scared for anything to get close to my eyes. Secondly, they made me feel comfortable the minute I walked into their office. I just had my first eye done a few days ago and I would recommend them to anyone. Dr. Vira and his entire surgical team were outstanding.

Dr. Le and her staff are wonderful and professional. Very knowledgeable and caring. She will go out of her way to make sure you are taken care of. State of the art equipment, wide range of frames and a clean environment. She even hand delivered my new glasses to me at work! You can not get anymore personalized than that. Thank you Dr. Le!

I had the pleasure of visiting North Eye Point for an eye examination and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism displayed throughout the facility. Dr. Lee, in particular, was outstanding. Her caring and compassionate demeanor immediately put me at ease. She is incredibly professional, ensuring that all my concerns were addressed and thoroughly examined.
What sets Dr. Lee apart is her willingness to go beyond her regular duties to ensure the well-being of her patients. She took extra time to explain my diagnosis, the proposed treatment plan, and even followed up after my visit to ensure I was doing well. It's apparent that patient satisfaction is a priority at North Eye Point, and Dr. Lee exemplifies this with her exemplary service.
The facility itself was clean, well-organized, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, which, coupled with Dr. Lee's expertise, makes North Eye Point a top-notch eye care center.
