This office is fantastic! Everyone was VERY friendly, including Dr. Lee Dodge. They were all very efficient, quick, intelligent and graceful! I was in and out within 45 minutes and I never felt rushed! It was because they are so organized and staffed appropriately. Noemi was very patient and helpful in walking me through the process to get a new pair of glasses. She wasn't pushy and didn't try to upsell or sell me anything. Dr. Lee is very personable! He made me feel again very comfortable and he too was very quick and efficient! If you are looking for a great place to get your eyes checked, I would highly recommend Dr. Lee and his staff!

I’ve been coming here for two years and love this office! Dr Dodge and the staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. Their office is stylish and comfortable and they have a good selection of glasses. I also recently had an emergency eye issue and they fit me in to be seen right away! Would absolutely recommend.

Dr. Choi was knowledgeable, patient, professional & attentive during my examination. He took his time to answer all of my questions and seems thoroughly interested in my case. The whole office is lively and efficient. You can tell that he loves his job.

The name of the vision company had changed to Azul vision since making the appointment. No one had told me and I had difficulty finding the correct office. The examination started about 30 minutes after the schedule time. Dr. was excellent.

Disheartening Experience with No Compassion for the Elderly I am appalled by the service provided at this establishment, especially towards my over 80-year-old mother-in-law. Despite having an appointment, they had her wait for over an hour only to be met with rudeness and an outright refusal for service. They were fully aware that she was a patient from an accident and initially, we thought the appointment implied a cash payment. However, they declined to see her. The office manager exhibited extreme rudeness with zero consideration for an elderly patient who had been scheduled by their office. Their excuse? They avoid seeing accident-involved patients as they do not wish to have their doctors subpoenaed to court. This is utterly ridiculous and unprofessional. Why book an appointment in the first place knowing the patient’s situation, only to turn them away later with such rudeness? Moreover, the customer service, which is handled offshore, added to the frustration as they lost my call twice during this stressful situation. This place demonstrated a blatant lack of compassion and professionalism. The experience was nothing short of horrible, leaving us dismayed and disgusted. I will be reporting this to the medical board as well.

Dr. Moore and his associates are very professional, appropriately friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The medical billing staff is always ready to help with insurance issues. The office is clean and inviting. The glasses frames are attractive, with folks who are able to help work out something to fit your budget and taste. Highly recommend the service on all levels.

I have used Moore Optometry for about 10 years now. They sre very professional and on points. Erika has been there for as long as i been going this tells you that doctor Moore really take care of his people as well. Erika is a keeper doc.

The process is pretty standard but they are really bad at communicating and following up. One of my glasses failed an inspection test but I was never notified until I reached out asking what the status was, as it was a far after the deadline. After a month and three more false expectation dates, I asked what the procedure was on a possible cancellation if the next deadline was missed. Unsure, they told me they would get back to me after speaking to the doctor. When they called back they informed me my glasses had not been started and they cancelled the order before confirming with me. Four days later I was told to come get the refund. I understand that some things are out of their control but communication is not one of them. Be honest and diligent talking to customers. If you are not certain when a product will be ready, tell us rather than resorting to "they will be in next week." You're just kicking a can down the street and lying. Companies should be held to the same standard when it comes to owing your part of the transaction. Three deadline extensions is pretty bad service. I'm sure they wouldn't appreciate a customer giving three extensions to pay a bill and never doing so. This was a $500 order that was pending for over a month with little update. Also, make sure to keep your doors unlocked during business hours (4pm). Had to call to unlock.

I Went to prior specialists who did NOT give correct diagnosis. A friend told me to call Dr. Park. Dr.Park’s examination revealed possible glaucoma. Dr. Park referred me to a Glaucoma Specialist. Dr. Park is a true professional.

All of the staff was great, but Dr. Cathrine Flaming is phenomenal! I wish all the doctors, in every medical institution were like her. Really perfect example of what a great doctor and awesome person should be. Thank you!
