Excellent service. After being so disgusted with the Middletown location, I tried Narragansett. World of difference. Person who helped me was loads of fun to work with and the ophthalmologist went out of her way to help me find my preexisting prescription. Will go back.

This is a very nice place to shop and the staff are knowledgeable and very willing to answer questions and assist you with the process. Tom was fantastic and very kind. He made me feel welcome as it was my first visit.The MD was pleasant, engaging and very informative about my eye testing and what to expect as my eyes age more. So very glad my son recommended this shop to me. Will have my beautiful new glasses very soon. Thank you , JSouto

Dr. Kiernan was so professional, kind, and thorough with my examination. When it was time to choose my glasses, the staff was wonderful to work with, as they went out of their way to help me choose the right glasses and get the best possible deal. Great experience!

Locally owned and operated. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Large array of glasses and sunglasses at reasonable prices. I've been going to them since I was 10 years old and I've never been disappointed by any of their products or their work. They always make sure you are satisfied and happy to make adjustments any time you stop back in.

Very pleasant experience. Got my frames adjusted $5 as they were an online insurance replacement. They also confirmed my prescription lenses were done correctly.

glasses came out wrong first time, broken frame second time. Owners very unfriendly and unprofessional. Didn't apologize for inconvenience just blamed it on lab. Never called when glasses were done. We had to call them and both time glasses were ready. Owners seemed like they did not want to be there. Would not recommend which is sad because we like to go local.
